Dang I wonder if it will continue to get support in future iOS updates or if will black hole
I think Nave is well worth getting.. it works fine with Cubasis (midi) and Audiobus.
Here’s an example.. every sound is from Nave..even the drum sounds and vocals, I made and recorded into NanoStudio.. then using Cubasis to sequence the drum sounds in nano ..and re-record back into Cubasis thru audiobus. .and the video is me playing with the Nave visuals..hope you enjoy and hope it gives you a good idea of what Nave is capable of.
Not too sad to hear it is not be AUv3, I can use it in my favorite hosts and the people seem to do the needed maintenance, last update was 4 months ago...
Not to mention there’s tons of presets done by present and previous forum members (hey @RUST( i )K) , and it sounds cool af in the right hands: (see/hear below)
Very nice!
Wow that's really good! How in that world did you sequence everything 😱 by playing keys or using something like rozeta , that's good stuff man
Absolutely! I'm going to grab it, seems way to solid to pass up, everyone vouches for it!
Thanks @reasOne. It’s a great synth, you won’t regret buying. Very flexible.
This track was done on an old iPad 2.. using Nave to make drum sounds, I record a bunch of hits into cubase, export/open in NanoStudio and edit out all the hits onto the pads..Then I trigger the pads (drum hits) with Cubasis midi track..once I have some beats I like, I record nano thru Audiobus into Cubasis.. now I have my stereo drum track made from Nave sounds..
I also recorded loops, pads, hits, fx and the vocals into nano and each trigger instrument has its own midi channel, with 16 samples per channel.. So nano acts like a sampler.
This video may help explain better than I can
edit_thanks also @Littlewoodg and @espiegel123 .
Wow man that was awesome to see the workflow!! Track sounds great too! Gave me some ideas to lay out percussion as well 📡📡📡
Killer work
That’s good to hear. Nano 2 is working out well for this type of workflow also.
