iKaossilator is only portrait mode too...I've never heard any complaint about that. Curious...
Apps like iKaossilator, Figure, WeJaam, TriqTraq, iMaschine, are all groovemakers in portrait...but these are also either universal or iPhone apps that are more conducive to being played on the phone screen.
Yes, but iKaossilator at first was only and iphone app running on the iPad in "2x" mode and when becames universal no much improvement about the screen layout.
But I understand (and I agree) with do you say.
Time to go to bed.
Yes, actually that is one of those things that I don't like about ikaossilator. It is fine as long as I can use it off charge but if left in the charging cable gets damaged after awhile.
Cool bits: Has some nice features, especially like the drop n' drag note info to another instrument, some nice sounds, looks good too. The playing area can be switched to a 4, 2 or single user mode. Very clever design, although landscape would be nice.
It's a nice app, especially at the sale price.
On sale again, now $6,99 US.
Thanks, @fjcblanco. Does this have Audiobus in and out? Also, for those that already have this, do you still use it regularly?
On sale at very low price: $3,99

I really need to find someone who would be down to try this app, so I can learn it, hehe

I own it,but did not find it at all useful and removed it from my ipad along with impc and several others that were just cluttering things up on my 16 gb pad.
Thanks for the reply @Tritonman2. I can see there's not a lot of love here for this one. At this sale price I may give it a go anyway. The interface intrigues me.
There are some nice sounds however I don't like its sequencer.
I may be wrong, but you cannot add notes as a piano-roll but only see them while playing the keyboard.
Recording is done in overwrite mode and not in overdub. For me It is less useful as Z3ta arpeggiator.
As well as producing some nice sounds, I will say that it can be quite fun. My wife and sons have played with it and they all enjoyed it.
People who want to use this as a synth/sequencer are missing the point. The strength of this app is jamming with other people. Fun. See?
The guy who came up with this concept is a genius. And yes, it sounds awesome for what it is. Turn up the bass!
No , I am sure I did not miss the point but did find it highly uninspiring and not very useful what so ever. Just not my kind of jamming for sure but it did look like fun at first. It feels and plays gimmicky to me but I do understand how others perhaps could enjoy this sort of thing in a group setting maybe a party or something. I bet a fun drinking game could even be invented by some innovative individuals lol. Might be just what is needed to garner more interest in this app even.
It's a pity that @mfa doesn't drop by anymore
mfa did mention above in the post where he apologizes for being careless in offending his users that he has several channels set up to converse with them and help them out also if you are interested in what he might have to say.
Cheapest price ever: $2,99
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/cotracks/id541037304?mt=8
New "cheapest price ever": $1,99
...Even cheaper: $0,99
Lol. I shouldn't laugh I guess, it is a really nice groovebox app, that obviously didn't get the attention it kinda deserved. Seeing quality apps (of any kind) struggling to make the charts amongst the copious amount of shitware on the AppStore do suck.
Yeah, at that price, I think is a no brainer even just for fun.
