Don't know about the patterns but drum/instrument presets can be saved.
Drum patterns saving would have been the most important for me.
Maybe send them a request to optionally include the pattern when saving a kit?
Or were you more looking saving patterns separately and using them with other kits?

Been using the LaunchKey 25 and Mini recently and love it...but am hoping for a few deeper bits of integration. I put together my little wish list below.

For use with LaunchKey keyboards (25 and Mini):
. Allow use of the 5 remaining encoders:
-honestly 5-7 are bonus. I really want pot 8 to be track volume 😬
. Allow transpose/pitch switches to work on 16 pads so i don’t have to change Pitch parameter on the actual synth. More time on the LK is where i want to spend my time.
. Pressing Loop button Mutes selected Track. Serves as an On/Off toggle for Mute at the track level. Only good for MK2 models but we have a button which isn’t being utilized on the transport controls😬

Anybody else get random panels missing when tweaking the synths in Groovebox?
I’ve noticed this happening when setting parameters to default state by double tapping.
For example the Wavetable or end VCA/LFO panels of Minimon will just disappear.
I’ve been beta testing different builds of Groovebox but the Ampify team haven’t managed a fix yet. Anyone else able to help give them feedback on these missing panels?
It’s probably your graphics in Ipad cause on my 2017 9.7” no graphics issues so far. Hope it’s a software fix though.😌

@Franketti as above, it would be good to know if you'd expect to be able to include a custom when saving your preset, or save them separately.

Hello Beth, makes sense to save patterns with customs. But patterns alone would be heaven.
I’m using the 2nd gen 12.9” iPad Pro. Had this issue for around 18 months. Every update, Beta build the same issue. Seems it’s just an extra one on top for me along with the others that everybody has. 🙄😂

I would hate for the pattern to change when auditioning different kits so optional would be much better for me @AmpifyxNovation

Many thanks. The hardware software solution is so sweet. Now also, can you ask them to look into making the LaunchKontrol work with Audio Channels and Mutes. I may get this device next.
Also..i think i just realized how to Mute and unsure with the keys. Will test tomorrow. 👊🏼™️

Regarding the missing panels:
We're well aware of it and have been tracking reports of it, however it's just a very frustrating bug that we can't reproduce, despite spending a fair amount of time on it. No update likely unless we can find a way to make it happen at least somewhat reliably, and any help in that regard would be much appreciated.

You’re based in Kings Cross Tileyard studios? I could probably even pop in one afternoon and show you in person if that helps? Happens pretty consistently with most of my Groovebox sessions.
It usually happens when ‘resetting’ all parameters to an ‘INIT’ by double tapping.
Like just now...
These windows don’t disappear immediately. It’s when you scroll back to them after tweaking other panels further along that they have disappeared having been ‘offscreen’ a while. It’s always the Wavetable, LFO & VCO panel’s that go missing on Minimon.

FWIW, I'm encountering the same bug on the shipping version of the app. Started noticing last night. I'll see if I can also replicate the bug. The Panel is reset if I close the project, and re-open it.
FWW, I'm noticing it mostly when tweaking a lot of parameters in the Delay/Reverb ADSR section of the MINIMON synth...but I think I see it in other synths as well...
Yes it happens fairly frequently on Retrobass too.
Multi midi input would be my highest request. It means we could sequence Groovebox from Xequence 2! Imagine!

But what good is sequencing out a long piece if you can’t mix it? Currently there isn’t any way in Groovebox to EQ the separate channels, or even pan them. Nor is there any way to get stems out except by rendering them as loops...which you couldn’t do if your composition is in Xequence 2.
I dunno. Exporting the Stems works for me at the moment. I’m using AUM and BramBos tools to set up my sequences which i record directly into GrooveBox.
With the LaunchKey it’s pretty nice integration. It also helps that i like the sounds of the synths when composing so I’m willing to go the extra step to master elsewhere...either in AUM or live remixed in LaunchPad.
