Yeah, I’m not quite sure how they’re preparing the files. Here’s another attempt, and I’m heading to bed

Worked. Cool!
Nice, it worked! Thanks.
That xy pad module is fun.
Cheers @skiphunt works great. Yes that x y pad module is very clever.
Thanks @auxmux Working great now!
@skiphunt thanks - works great and really useful to learn how to use the app.
I'll make it possible to open patches from .zip files in the next update, just wait a bit
I've found that even with the "working" .mrk files, opening one in an already running miRack always crashes it. Trying a second time works.
This thread might soon reach 1000 posts, VCVrack on iOS is unbelievable!!!
Thank you for taking care, @mifki
Thanks!
But please don't call it "VCV Rack on iOS" to avoid confusion, respect everyone's trademarks, etc., etc.
Sorry, I must have mixed up open-source freedom with free speech.
I mean, it doesn't really matter on forums, and I neither can nor want to prevent people calling it whatever they want. It's mostly a recommendation for things attracting more public attention like reviews / news articles.
@rs2000 : Calling it vcv rack will cause confusion as some (many) users will think and expect more compatibility than there is and will be...and might result bad blood between the vcv rack developer and @mifki .
No worries.

Fights between developers is the least we want, they're a rare breed already
I was happy to hear that a number of 3rd-party module developers support @mifki's efforts
Got your patch to work! It’s nice man!
Gonna add to it and share back....
However, it won’t save , when I go back to my patch selection screen it isn’t there
Also when I load it from AudioShare it says something about being converted to a new version.
Any idea @mifki
I'm not sure how opening from AudioShare works, I'll check.
Do any patches load modules so I can see how things work?
Thanks.
Thanks @reasOne After you opened it, you clicked on "My Patches" to go back to miRack patch library. That's worked for me when I've downloaded other patches.
Another option could be to try to save the patch from Audioshare to miRack iCloud directory using Files.app
Ya that typically works but this guy is being stubborn hahaa
Haha oops. I think this one was created with 1.0 not beta, but I don't know if that's an issue. @mifki?
Not going to pretend I know what I’m doing but here’s one with some drums sequences and some randomness and sort of generativeness

Nice one thanks! Shows us noobs what’s possible with this app!
Thanks! I’m going to attempt to do a synth using the fm operators next, I’ll post it up here when I get it ready
Here's some simple physical modeling fun:

I know what I'm doing tonight.
Sounds like every 80's movie I loved!!!!! Great!
Here’s a super basic one with the fm operators. I’m going to do a lot more with it though but I need to draw some stuff out https://www.dropbox.com/s/yh947ieo11md8zb/Fm synth.zip?dl=0
Thank you
Thanks for all the shared patches, most delightful.
Still haven’t grokked the modular mysteries, so feel that I can only be held
partly responsible for this dirty mess. Please excuse any heinous schoolboy
errors & i’d be interested to hear from anyone as to how I can extrapolate my
naive cabling efforts. I dare say that there’s stuff hooked up that contravenes
any number of protocols but posted in the spirit of the thread.
Was just pleased to get some vaguely ordered noises out of it tbh 😄
Can see this being a lot of time consuming fun.

Would gladly take a look, but it only crashes for me.
You had me at LinnDrum. Just discovered those modules. Hoo boy
