[TestFlight][AUv3] A new Bud app - RhythmBud
Hey everyone! After a while, I finally had some spare time apart from my full-time work and started to code this new, one of my dream app 
I managed to code most of the UI and the DSP parts, so the app is now "working". It still needs a lot of bug fixing and UI design stuff, yet I already record some POC version in action. There's a thread on my twitter feed that I'm sharing the progress. Please check it out and tell me what do you think. I will explain everything in detail here later about this app. But don't hesitate to ask questions or request features!
PS: I'll let you know from this thread when the testflight build is ready. Stay tuned.

Looks promising, but straight up it sounds a little stiff and mechanical.
I really think a velocity % - and timing % randomization would solve this .
From the looks of it it repeats and modifies the incoming midi events?
If multiple notes are held then can most likely be arpeggiated in different ways
Could be a quite nice aid for those not too good at chopping the keys in time.
A 'number of keys' filter could be handy for 'house chord chops' when holding down a single chord.
(Ie. where for example the lowest note is triggered one octave below and the rest of the notes is ignored for one step etc.).

Hey everyone, just a quick update - the app is ready for testflight! I just uploaded it and waiting for the testflight review team's approval for beta testing.
If you are a StepBud tester, then you'll receive a RhythmBud testflight invitation as well. Otherwise, let me know if you want an invitation - with your testflight email address.

@cem_olcay hope you manage some fixes on ChordBud too. Regarding export which seems to be broken on my device

Yeah, you're right. My old apps like ChordBud, KeyBud, and FretBud need updates. I might actually re-write them because updating a 2-3-year-old app is really a nightmarish thing in iOS development
I was thinking about remaking the KeyBud (iOS/iPadOS/macOS/tvOS/watchOS) with the new SwiftUI technology. It's still a good app though and still working

@cem_olcay Can’t get the new AU to sound BS-16i in AUM using AUM keyboard get a slight trigger then nothing.
You have to press the play button in AUM for starting the sequence.
@cem_olcay Sorry still scratching my head with this, 15 mins in can’t lay down a single RhythmBud! Got transport going the loop points seem to jump around. Midi into the app via virtual kB out of RythmBud into BSi-16 getting no sound and when I do it’s go huge latency one minute ok the next and no blocks get recorded!
Will persist but it’s not pick up and play !
You are holding down the keys while transport is going, right? Like in the video above? The idea is holding a chord and let the RhythmBud play the rhythm pattern you created.
@Jumpercollins Also, did you install the build #4? You are one of the first user installed it and you might installed the first build. If not, please update it from testflight
@cem_olcay Yes tried that can get any sound out not a whisper! The block recording seems hit and miss. Do the blocks show anything ? Also the end recording button could be nearer the record button or have a duel record start stop.
Any chance you can bang up a simple AUM setup video?
It seems that the rachtet mode doesn’t work on AUM.
On your timeline, I'm just seeing a 64th note, which is outside of the timeline's range (the triangle around at the end of the second bar).

@cem_olcay Looks nice can this be used as an effect on a MIDI track without having to play a MIDI keyboard..?
If so I want, also a random button would be cool too...then the user could tweak and refine the pattern manually if desired..
@cem_olcay Ok think I’m getting it now, the recording option totally threw me ten left. Was trying to record blocks in not realising you can just add them via the Rhythm section. Need to connect my midi keyboard to get into it properly tried all the modes plus snapshot all seem to be working in AUM using the AU. Haven’t broke it yet !
