    @_SampleFox

    Yes is because of this.

The full version is load able only in Audiobus and not directly in AUM.

It also doesn’t have start and stop sync.

    Hope it can help.

Agreed. Currently multi out doesn’t save the sample set for me at least which is a shame and the app appears to be a bit buggy still.

This one is an app with a tremendous potential but every release is afflicted with new bugs😂

  • Hi guys! Yes the new features may have some bugs. I’m on it!

Loop Builder doesn’t have Link stop/start (yet). Can you start playing in Loop builder, then start playing in the other app, and they sync?

I will be adding the auto stop/start. For now it has a remote play trigger. I just wanted to ship this update before adding/fixing any more stuff.

Hey can you mail me about this? Thorough test flight or sonickitten.com/about . The tempo should be working.

@_SampleFox Hi apologies had a further play and tempo is fine I was misinterpreted to expect the sample tempo to increase for some reason not the play set as a whole which it obviously controls. Glad you still improving the app as it is a hidden gem so much fun to play with.

  • Searching for info on this app, since it is on sale, and now called Loop Builder.... Says it has Ableton Link, but I don't see Aum as successful or MIDI triggering in any thread or review. Thoughts anyone?

Yeah, I'm also curious. Strange name change as Roland Zenbeats has LoopBuilder. Ed the outcast has some videos on YT, other than that info is a bit scarce.

Ok, I took the plunge. Using standalone for first test.

    Some downers...
    1. I don't see any MIDI options for triggering.
    2. When looped, loops seem to progress according to their length. This means that, unless every loop was the same BPM, it would be all disjointed and not synced. So no speed adjustment... It seems tempo is just for the rhythms you program.
    3. Needs some UI work when zooming in...

    But...
    1. I need something to set up an array of ambient loops on. Haven't tested how long they can be, so this could be cool for having evolving fields of sounds.
    2. You can bus to 4 different effects it seems. AU effects. That's kinda cool.
    3. There seems to be a lot of envelope and other controls for each individual sample. I can see it being a nice simple sample player for my Beatstep Pro if it had MIDI in...

I'm going to keep it because I see potential here... Importing is simple and I like the visual feedback of multiple sounds playing and it's a pretty efficient non-destructive editor. Also, I have so many loopers that really get to be too much to manage...and without the visual of the sample wave I kinda have to use too many memory cells. Koala kicks ass and is a top ten app... but I kinda like that can do more tweaking to each individual hit with this + add effects to the samples I choose.

But this sucker needs MIDI in pretty bad.

Midi in and also ... PLAY IN BACKGROUND wtf. It has Link but that's not very useful if you can't switch to the other app/s. This feel like, half-baked. I gonna write to him eventually, it's a bit much going on right now :D :D
