@keebo Thanks for the insight. This is in keeping with what I've heard so far. Interesting how some apps offer much but don't quite seem to happen, at least for many of us. I've got plenty of room to keep on with Chordbot for now I think. Thanks again.

  • Same as @keebo here. Chordbot is fast and intuitive. MMS made no sense to me the few times I actually opened it (got it on deep deep discount).

I found MMS frustrating and counter-intuitive (much like this 'opposite'I had to look up, not UNintuitive).

However, Miki Strange has a 7 part video series on using MMS, which might help you decide if it's for you. I'll try to find the youtube link.

  • Thanks @SpookyZoo, still keeping it in mind, but Chordbot -for what it is- is just so quick and to the point. I am increasingly taken with things that facilitate but otherwise get the hell out of the way (unless they are unreasonably beautiful and cannot be ignored...)

  • Well, figures don't say it all but we're talking 15 € Vs. 5 and 190+ Mb Vs. 11. Different tools for different tasks.

  • Chordbot is one of the easiest ways PERIOD to lay down a chord progression in music. And today I found out that you can easily send the MIDI out to another iOS tool like MultiTrackStudio to keep rolling with the chord progression.
