@LinearLineman you started it...
such an underrated piece for the MCs, and heads out there, the mathematics triangulated in ice cubes verse on the song parental discretion are simply stellar.
I really miss this style of hip hop. UK represent 👊
Not sorry @gusgranite. Planning my own...
Gettin old, so goddamn cold , gettin late, eyeball expiration date....
Life is like a shooting gallery, if you shoot the shit you don’t get no salary...
Free me like a jelly bean,
Sugarsweet and spilt da scene
In two cause one don’t make it when you just can’t fake it,
Take it, make it like it’s heaven sent
Cause when it’s broke you’re glad it’s bent
In many places your thoughts are like the out of space is
Emptiness and the long lost places fucked up like the human race is.
Years roll by like tears of laughter
Down the hill to the Hereafter.
Sartre said hell is other people
But I know hell is just a creep till we wakeup one more and take the bait
And play it again Sam till it’s too late.
We do the same shit eternally till we make a Soul that’s finally free
From dirt and hurt and misery...
From mad and glad from sad and bad
Till grief and murder are like a sweater shrugged off cause the weather’s better
Seein life’s a game and nothins missed
By throwing out the fucking kiss
That grabs you, tabs you into fucking bliss
Then ends it with a shithouse hiss.
Bein good and payin rent never put pussy in your tent
And loving Vishnu makes you wish you spent your time
Some other way, eatin filet, drinking rosay, smokin that hay
But it’s okay, we live both ways till time is up and then we fill up at the pump
Of life and try again cause dyin might not be the end and meanium
Just changing gas from regular to premium.
And it’s day to day and the round to round until you hear that travelin sound
To some it’s shrieking in the ear with chills and rills of freakin fear
To some it’s noddin off with crack cocaine
To some it comes like gentle rain
But no matter what it’s all the same we live to die and die to live
It’s just the fucking karmic game.
Beats, rhymes and bass lines! @LinearLineman.
You just need to lay it down now, my friend. William Burroughs style?
There’s no age limit. Just look at Pete and Bas and crew...
@gusgranite, that is inspiring. Especially the chick.
This one goes out to everyone getting sober and staying sober.
Wow, I gotta give respect, those are pretty good
So start a metal thread. See if I care.
I wanna hear a mashup of bohemian rhapsody and how I could just kill a man by cypress hill
Bassbin worrier...
@DatGood: Tasty!
@LinearLineman: Wow, another inspirational kick - to me. 😎👍🏼
all your Microphones belong to us...

Marc Mac, one of our finest living beatsmiths has just dropped another album in his incredible black rights/social justice series of releases 'Beats and Knowledge' : https://marc4hero.bandcamp.com/album/the-invisible-soldiers.
So much great hip hop being made in so many different styles. Sure, we all love the 80s/90s but ya don't stop!
That is a very good and actually jaw-dropping analogy.
searching for my styles like Jobcore...
very enjoyable!
From where I’m from we have Fado that shares some similarities with rap. The beginning (19th century) was rough and only the thugs, outlaws, prostitutes and outcasts were involved with it. They sang about every day stuff , tough life, thug life. Nowadays it’s fashionable...
This video fusions Fado and modern beats.Hope you like.
