My 14 year old son listens to this a lot at the moment:

    Lil Yachty's "the BLACK seminole."

Pretty good song, might not be rap but Lil Yachty is a rapper.

I want my son to pratice electric guitar and after some hard work he can play the guitar solo flawless. I hear this song every day. Based on Pink Floyds - Great Gig in the sky, as far as I know.

Yeah Yachty killed that one. Great album. I love his rap stuff a lot too but it was super cool to see him pivot to that. And he worked with a lot of great musicians on it.

  • @Telstar5 You are quite rightly rather proud of your 15 minutes of fame and I take nothing away from you, but this is the second time you’ve posted this in the thread… 🙃

Andy Warhol was wrong..Even 15 minutes of fame is very difficult to achieve..

Yes I think I have to check the whole album (at least to keep in contact with the younger generation....). My son says the genre is "soft rap".

  • @HotStrange :Thanks! As I said I forgot that I posted previously. I wish I knew how to make it blow up like that on my own YouTube channel though

Sadly I can’t help there other than say to post it and hope for the best haha. Sometimes the algorithm will randomly push videos like that.

  • @HotStrange :Apparently:: Could be some luck involved
