syrupcore, the iPhone version is NOT compatible with iPad 2... an odd decision.
I lost interest when I realized i couldn't get BIAS for iPhone, then load it on my iPad2 and plug the BIAS amps into JamUp for iPad. ...I guess Boone51 responded to that issue already.

I'm using iphone version of bias on my ipad. It also shows in all AB slots and opens within ipad version of Jamup.
Ah, well that's good to know supadom. But still have to go with iPad version if you want to run it on an iPad 2. You aren't on a iPad 2 are you?

No i'm not. Now I'm hearing you. So bias iphone will not run on IPad 2 but the IPad version will, shouldn't it be the other way 'round? Sorry man it is so bizarre it never crossed my mind.
But then @Boone51 is not talking specifically about IPad 2 in which case it is not correct that BIAS IPhone will not open within Jamup IPad because it did for me. Maybe he is using the XT version that has that restriction? Confused.
Anyhow, I'm not touching BIAS or Jamup anymore. I'm liking my Ampkit and if I'm to spend anymore money it will be on ampkit bonus packs.

Exactly! Oh well, the sale passed and I'll live without it. I just don't understand the reason for excluding the iPad 2. I thought I might get a response if I mentioned it on twitter... Nothing. And the PositiveGrid website provides no contact info.
I have an ipad 2 and Bias for iPhone and it works for me. I tried it with audiobus and works great. Do you want me to try something on my end for you. I will install jamup and see if it works with it.
Edit: I installed Jamup (Free) and was able to create a cabinet in bias and open it in jamup. Then I ran Addictive through jamup with the bias-created cabinet in Audiobus without any problem on my iPad 2 32GB Wifi.
Thanks Telengard, glad to see that works. In light of that good news, I just tried again and got this message (I'm on an iPad 2 64GB, iOS 7):
Looks like Positive Grid is following this thread ...
@Telengard - on what iDevice did you purchase Bias for iPhone from?
@Hmtx - I think it is a purchasing restriction (iPad 3 or higher) . Do you have a PC or Mac with iTunes to try and purchase it from? Obviously @Telengard got it installed on an iPad 2.
ITunes on the PC? Thanks for the tip, I might try that.
I bought it using my iPhone. That might be how they are keeping people away from just buying the iPhone version on iPad.
BIAS is on sale again today. $4.99 US.
Also, I was able to purchase the iPhone version on iTunes on OSX, then download to my iPad 2. Success, yay!

I was thinking that he meant using BIAS on the iPhone and exporting to Jamup on iPad. It didn't ever even enter my mind that he would be using the iPhone version on the iPad. @supadom is absolutely correct, obviously. My bad.
i really wish i could use this but its not compatable with iphone 4...only 4s and up do you guys think the jump up pro xt would be good on its own for live shows through an amp?
Yes, I've done it (on bass)
