Don’t fall into that trap! Everything goes on sale (pretty much). You just have to gamble on when you want in.

I just checked my code, that error is displayed when AppStore does NOT return the product as "purchaseable". The app receives a list of IAPs, and obviously the new IAPs are not in that list. That could indicate a syncronization issue on Apple's end. Apple approved the new expansions yesterday, but they haven't approved v1.4.0 update yet. Maybe that's the reason.

EDIT: I was able to purchase all of the new IAPs. Were you running the latest version from TestFlight? or the latest version from AppStore? AppStore version should be ok.

I just downloaded the latest SM1 update. When I go to purchase the sale IAP just now the buy now button is grayed out and nothing happens. I also have been trying to purchase the packs for over a day now with no success. I tried everything I could think of including restoring old packs~ alas still no luck. Hi Bulent I just restarted my IPAD PRO and the same problem exists as before. I am starting to lose faith in this sale and quickly losing confidence here as I have already spent far too long already on this issue. I will not re-install an APP for anyone anymore as I have lost too much of my precious work that way. I think free codes are in order here instead FWIW. Cheers, ED

I just went into SM-1 to see what everyone was talking about.
My shop was also blank at first, but I fiddled with the product filter on the left and that got the product info to show.
Also, I hit the purchase button on one of the new, on-sale packs, and it took me to the purchase confirm stage, and then I bailed.
Maybe fiddling with the product filter will help you out, too.

Side note...
I was in the regular preset browser and hit the ‘Online’ button, and my iPad downloaded about 250 free presets from some Cloud share server.
That was a nice surprise. 😊

I just re-installed and everything works as expected. Same as @CracklePot I fooled with the filters. I restored IAP’s. I tried new packs. It’s working. I noticed that in the About tab is says Synthmaster One iOS v1.3.

I was writing this to update the information that presets can be bought finally with the new version and that they also well-behave in regards to showing their state of installation.

But the desktop presets behave different and the button is still buggy, showing a misleading information.

Yes. It does still say 1.3.
And yes, SoundCloud does crash trying to play the previews.

Same here the Apple store says V 1.4 in my latest update but inside my app says it’s 1.3. ED.

Yup AppStore says v. 1.4, fresh download both on IPad and iPhone, pressing info button it shows v. 1.3.

Did a fresh install and the new IAP did not work.
The app still display 1.3 version.
Can’t even log in back to restore my soundbanks bought directly from SynthMaster one website.

I enter my name, mail and serial number but instead of log me in it keeps me sending an email with my serial number.

Hope all this will be fixed soon @kv331audio_bulent 👍
