DLYM Delay Modulator App is always free, but got an cool GUI update today: https://apps.apple.com/de/app/dlym-delay-modulator/id1381246923
Disappointed it doesn’t stand for Do You Love Me.
It's a delay, so I automatically love it.
And also doesn't cure my dyslexia.

That is making it more of an ‘essential app’ in my case.
Might have to finally get this legendary app and see what all the fuss has been about.

Awesome.
Good to know.
I'm being patient at the moment.
😁
That PA sale + coupon! UA Lion for 19$ (39-20)$, Byome or Triad for 29$ (49-20)$! I’d snap buy whichever one I don’t already own. These Byome based Unfiltered Audio plugins are just ridiculously useful, powerful, and inspiring. (I use Byome the most—and prefer it to Triad for most applications—, but love all 3.)
Ive been curious about Byome vs Triad... I picked up Triad thinking it covers all the ground of Byome (the frequency split can be ‘combined’). Do they differ a lot?
I think Triad covers most of Byome. I don’t use Byome since I got Triad.
Not that much. The AGC is the main thing Byome has that Triad doesn’t—a super quick compressor that auto matches the output level to the input level. It’s a useful thing for a lot of more extreme sound shaping tasks, but not a must.
The bigger advantage of Byome over Triad for me is screen real estate and cpu/gpu consumption: on my 13” laptop, the three effect rows on triad feel more clunky to navigate; and my easily struggling cpu/gpu have a noticeably harder time with Triad. But if Triad fits your needs and machine, adding Byome isn’t a must.
On my machine, and having both, Byome is just more practical and comfortable to use. The AGC is never the deciding factor but I use it enough that it adds to Byome being the more practical go to for me.
Good to know

I’m sure you’re not alone in preferring Triad. If my machine handled it better, I could see myself going that way too.
One more off topic UA plug during this PA sale.
I got byome and specops before I had any of the more specialized Unfiltered plugins: esp. Zip, Dent, and Sandman Pro. During some of the recent PA sales I’ve been slowly completing my UA collection. I’m surprised by how much use I’m getting out of their respective non-byome features. E.g. the crazy playable freeze buffer in sandman pro (turns sandman into a quirky looper, and you can toggle between delay/looper modes). This sale is a good time to snap one too! 🥳
What in the world are you guys talking about?
🥴
(Off to consult The Google now)
Unfiltered Audio‘s (non iOS) amazing multi effect (+ synth & multieffects) plugins. You can get any one of them on sale atm for an absurd 19-29$. Byome/Triad (29$ with coupon) is my desert island effects unit. Lion (the synth version, also coming with the multieffect built in, 19$ with coupon) can be a little much for my laptop (if I turn on oversampling) and the factory presets are meh, but it’s my favorite non-modular softsynth.
@ohwell Thank you for the information!
Nice.
I am taking a look.
Thank you.
🤙🏻
Picked up Brainworx Clean Sweep Pro for free on Plugin Alliance and am loving this Valhalla Space Modulator. Thank you for the tip.
Sorry guys, but can you please start a new thread with these non-iOS plug-in posts???
Fourth of July iOS deals will be incoming and would like to focus on them.
Thank you in advance — with gratitude. 😊
This was always a thread for all types of sales, not just iOS. There is an iOS only thread around as well which splintered off recently
