Yepp, very easy to get 'lost in sound' in a good way and it's so right on the CPU I don't get the urge to buy a new iPad...
I can finally retire my Juno-106 with one working oscillator
Good to see midi learn and MPE out the box with this. What is a SFC 60 Midi controller appears under settings appears under presets never heard of that one ?
Wow. This thing sounds amazing.
It really sounds excellent !
Only had a 5 minute play, but really impressive, will enjoy a musical experience after work tonight
Does it have a full screen AU view?
Here’s hoping this one is next. and their Sampler
@Carnbot Seems to be a bit hit and miss on full screen AU that’s a no with CB3 but sort of yes with AB3. Had a message after opening in AB3 initially saying Bonjour service had stopped working may be a glitch @Michael only happened once ok now.
It has a scalable AUv3 window and a full screen with keyboard in AUM
Half way through this and I’m reaching for the buy button. A Juno 60! On my iPad!
Fastest app purchase ever.
Very happy to see Program Change and Midi Learn.
Sounds awesome. Happy bunny!
Great, thanks just one more thing, does it have full AU parameters?
....Midi learn I guess it has though, but AU params preferable too.
I don't need another synth. But this? I will buy it without a single doubt. I had it on my desktop long time ago and it was one of my favourite. Did I say I love the 80s?
Can’t wait on @thesoundtestroom review on this right up Doug’s street I suspect.
Tal Juno pad thru Blackhole reverb
Yes at a quick glance, everything seems exposed in AU. There is a huge list of exposed parameters.
Wowww, this is a classic. A no-brainer to buy
Thanks for the info, seems it has everything it needs, impossible to resist
I can’t believe this is on my iPad. I’ve got an hour and a half until I finish work for 10 days.
It could not have come at a better time.
Yeah, at 4:20 I'm thinking this sounds pretty damn great.
YES!! YES !!! Holy F**king Y.E.S. !!!
Yeah, but do you all like it?
No in-app preset save when hosted. I was able to make a User folder in files and save to it in the standalone. Those show up when hosted. I have contacted them about it.
Quick tip when choosing presets. Hold you finger down and slid it around to choose preset. If you lift your finger the preset window may close.
It is beautiful. Just knocked something up in AUM and it’s so damn fine. The strings and pads - 😍
Sounds amazing but there is massive variation in volume when auditioning the different presets. Some sounds are nearly silent (eg the FMR organ patches) whereas others positively bust my iPad speakers.
Plus some of the patches are very low pitched and only being able to transpose up 2 octaves is a slight limitation (although this only really applies when using the built in keyboard).
Ha yes! I'm going Synthwave now!
I’m not finding this with headphones. Might be overloading your iPad speakers. Also, you can transpose the keyboard with the arrows to the left and right of it.
No loading of microtuning .tun files in AU version but standalone can load them...
The preset browsing is a bit awkward, but ...wtf. It just sounds so good. I feel so... retro.
the sound is top notch
but also the simple roland interface translates well to a screen, mostly one knob per function
Pair it with KQ Dixie and some Linn Drums and it's 80s all over again
