  • Thanks @CRAKROX for replying.

The risk-benefit ratio broken down by various factor, age, gender and so on, can only be determined via a comprehensive evaluation of the anonymised data, very little evaluation has been pro-active, so unfortunately would now for the most part have to be retroactive, but policy has been changed in certain areas, due to safety concerns.

Best wishes and health to yourself, your family and friends.

Wow, Covid was one hell of a drug.

I admire your talent to find and resurrect appropriate thread titles, best for your intentions, and then, with a single short sentence, fire up the forum. You won! 🫡

Wouldn’t be the first, lol. In the past I have thoughtfully responded to another conversation that he began, accompanied by a follow-up question, only to be ghosted, lol.

If memory serves, one such thread, was an expo visit.

Sorry, legit I've been away from the forums for a bit. Travelling back and forth between countries has been a headache.

    Alright, let's get to responding...

Yeah, I had to acknowledge that covid was a weird time in my life. Lockdown can bring out the worst in people, and I definitely felt its effects. So, yeah, I acknowledge that even I, as an individual, did not behave the way I would have normally done.

Heck I'm pleasantly surprised @Gavinski hit the point right on. And we used to have a weird rivalry on the forum. Respect to you, my dude. Thanks so much for the information videos on iOS.

How's it going @Jamie_Mallender ? Next time I'm around, we should definitely meet up. I'll bring my keyboard, you bring the guitar, and we rock on!

@Blipsford_Baubie - Apologies for not responding. Lot of comments came through and I probably missed it. I try and respond to those that @ my profile name, but I know I have definitely missed a couple.

@jwmmakerofmusic Always a pleasure seeing you on the forum. Hope you're having a great time with the Gadget 3 updates. Yeah, Agonizer was initially on my list, I got it, and I use it sometimes, but I've sorta settled on a Garageband workflow. Way easier for the people I work with. Most people I work with can't figure out AUv3, so everyone on the forum are, in my opinion, geniuses.

@Luxthor I'll be honest....it's pure luck. I've replied to old posts but it never picks up, and I'm okay with it. This one was a surprise, seeing 15 notifications and I'd been away for less than a week.

A pleasure to see you too, my friend. :) Garageband is actually a great creative environment to make music in. I created a Garageband app challenge this month, and nobody (not even me) entered it yet. So once I finish my current album, I'll dig into Garageband. I know @Fear2Stop is very well versed with Garageband as he uses it to produce all of his music. He also uses AuV3s within Garageband (although not all AuV3s work in it as he found out).

I'm having a wonderful time with Gadget, but I haven't opened it in almost two months as the current album is being produced in NS2. Not sure what my next move will be - either back to Koala, back to Gadget 3, back to FLSM, or to try and produce an EP In Garageband. Or I may continue down the NS2 rabbit hole as I'd miss Doctor Vibe too much, lol. 😂 You ever try Doctor Vibe, my friend? I usually turn off the vinyl emulation, but that compressor is magic glue on any buss I slap it on. And I love using its AD/DA section for drums and basses.

Man, you've certainly travelled to many countries. I'm always excited to hear about your latest adventures. Keep on with the keep on, mate.
