Koala FX Multi fx unit based on Koala Sampler fx.
sEGments fantastic AUv3 sampler. Can record, chop and play samples with fingers or midi controllers.
WOOTT OTT for ios!
Gain Stage Vintage Clean. Lovely clean amp sim.
Oscilloscope & Spectrogram. The go to atm.
Stratosphere Cloud Reverb. Amazing atmospheric reverb.
WOV highly customizable tremolo.

Definitely FRMS by Imaginando.
Fundamental by SonicLAB is really hot right now too. Quite a unique app. If you're into this experimental/ambient niche I would consider it essential.
DDMF released Magic Death Eye Stereo this year as well. Probably one of the top character compressors on the platform.
edit: should also mention ApeSoft's 2 releases this year: Accordion Vintage and Electric Vintage (Rhodes).
