  • Great work, congrats! We all benefit from your hard work learning these apps. Here’s to the next thousand

  • Well done Gav - I got a feel for how hard you work putting these together from our recent activities with a certain dev who shall remain nameless...😉 Keep on doing what you're doing and here's to the next thousand.

  • Congrats!

Really enjoy the videos and even learn a thing or two that I've somehow missed while digging thru the apps :)

  • @Samu I thought you knew everything! Very pleased to hear this

    @enkaytee 🤐🤭

  • Nice going champ :)

  • Yes congrats! Your videos are great. It's super-difficult to build a following in such a niche area.

  • @Gavinski : kudos to you, your stuff is now on my ‘must watch’ list alongside Doug and Jakob.

It’s awesome man, your staying consistent and putting out video after video! Right up to the latest releases. There’s not many really digging into apps and giving tutorials like this online , it’s such a small group right now and you’ve quickly got right in there and made a name. Keep at it man we all love it! I’ve learned a lot and made wiser decisions on what I picked up as a result and you’ve definitely pushed apps to sell!

No one knows 'everything' and there's always room for improvement ;)
Sometimes I'm 'wrong' too and not at all ashamed to admit it.

I've learned it the the hard way that assumption is the mother of all fk'ups...
...especially in the case of the Addstation where I wrongly assumed it would include at least a few basic waveforms like Addictive Pro has in the 'preset' menu (lower right) where it's easy to select Sawtooth, Square, Triangle and Sine etc as the starting point, but nope, no such things in Addstation which is kinda bummer...

  • Congratulations on reaching the mark! Being just a user, never the maker, when it comes to tutorial videos, I do know how much it takes to create something like you have done. 🍻🥂

Yeah, this is a weird one. Seems like it wouldn't be hard to add this feature, have you asked Virsyn for it?

  • Really well done. I can’t begin to imagine the amount of work you have to do - and you get onto things so quickly. On top of that, you provide an excellent intro to so many great pieces of software - a truly useful service to our great community.

    Thank you!

Nope, I 'assumed' it's a bug since in the first Addictive Synth long-tap on the Init menu brought up an option to select a waveform. But long-tap on Init in Addstation does nothing...

I guess Addstation will improve over time, it's one heck of a synth :)

  • Congratulations for this very deserved milestone. Do you see an exponential increase of the number of subscriptions or is it more linear?

  • I thought it would be more exponential but not really - I think though that a lot depends on individual apps. Vids on big releases like AddStation, Woott etc bring far more views and subs than smaller releases, or vids on older apps @cuscolima

  • @Gavinski Congratulations Gavin, top job and Cool Beans

  • @Gavinski Congrats buddy, you deserve more subscribers. I always look for your tutorials, they are really good. Next step 10k

  • Thanks guys! Sorry I'm not thanking everyone personally, the thread would get a bit tedious if I did, but I value each of these comments and will definitely send this thread to my mum at some point so she can see that I'm not completely insane to be dedicating so much time to this 😂😂😂😂😂

Ah - mums eh? Gotta love 'em...😁

  • Congrats 😊👍🏼

  • Your videos are well paced and comprehensive, I think this is still just the beginning for your channel.

  • That's great and well deserved :)

  • Well done mate.
I love how you explain the apps and the details👍

  • Good for you, congrats!

  • Amazing congratulations!!!

  • Congrats! Well deserved, I’ve been loving your tutorials, you really put a lot of hard work into them and it shows
