Oh, I didn’t see this. Can you confirm if you can replicate the issue I’m seeing with sync to host?

@P900 it seems like Lunar Lander doesn’t follow the host tempo when it changes, is that intentional?

Did you buy the IAP? I think host sync is part of the IAP.

Yep, sync to host does work, but it goes out of sync if the host tempo changes

Mine stays locked on iPad Pro.

Got it, thanks, will tinker a bit more. To be clear: the “Lock 2 DAW” icon remains lit, but the sound seems to be unaffected

I haven’t had any success with this yet, in Drambo AUM or Cubasis. It may be an iPhone-only issue; I’ll try on my iPad tomorrow.

I just tested on my iPhone and it works. Sorry you are having troubles. I never bother with tempo changes…. 😀. Good luck

Thanks for giving that a try. I just did on my iPad and it doesn't work either, so I'm beginning to think that I'm just failing to understand something.

Is the lock to host showing up as red?

Is the lock to host showing up as red?

It is, it’s just the delay time which remains unaffected. If I disengage and engage the lock to host switch then it picks up the new tempo.

Yup...it is a bug. It works fine on the desktop though!
So yes, it updates the knob but internally it does not do the update. You have to unlock then re-lock 2 DAW.
So expect an update next week on this.

  • I wanted to share with you all something that really took us by surprise (especially that we gave away 80% of LL in the free version and a clunky Preset dropdown).
Since LL launch a week ago, we had 1600 downloads and 1460 people opted to purchase LL -that is nearly 90% conversion rate!

From all of us at Pulsar Modular, we thank the iOS community for their support.

  • Make that 1461 purchases :) (was going to be cheap and just use the demo but this is stellar and well worth buying)

I’m one of the 140 hold-outs, but I can say I’m certainly intending to buy as soon as possible. I’m very much hoping this means that the iOS port has worked for you financially and hoping there is more to come!

Very good news! Congrats for this impressive number! 👏👏👏
    Thanks for sharing the info!

  • I’m also one of the hold outs.
Though Lunar Lander has a good sound
it currently doesn’t quite fit into my sonic toolset at the moment.
Thank you for the demo version.

Well done on a first though
    technically fraught release.

  • Thats amazing conversion rate. Better than the Bible, I bet!

  • Ha. I'm not a holdout, I just haven't used it on a device that lets me do the purchase yet (my trusty iPhone 6s doesn't work with fingerprint scanning and I couldn't remember the workaround. I'll be IAPing later on my iPad though)

Fixed Filter Bank next please! I

  • Version 1.4 released!
    1. Bug Fix: Changing bpm in the DAW now updates bpm in LL (When lock2DAW) is on.
    2. Added Jamie's nice presets to the Preset List. (you can check his LL walkthrough here)
    ——
With the success of LL on iOS, I am planning to implement additional exclusive features to the paid version. Expect soon two new features:
1- Width knob. This will not be a generic sounding stereo width control- but something you’d expect from Pulsar Modular.
2- Ping-Pong Delay. Things will start bouncing! This, again, will have a Pulsar twist.

We are eager to get everyone on board to go IAP. So our internal LL features project slogan is: Resistance is futile

Everything we are learning from LL iOS implementation and bug fixing will result in a smooth release of P914FFB on iOS. As such, we are holding back a bit on new products release on iOS.

@P900 Love the thinking and approach looking fwd to the new functionality. Nice update today.

  • V excited for updates, v excited for future ports/products, v exited by your general enthusiasm. Thanks for the amazing work!

  • The drop down menu hasn’t been fixed yet. Thought that would have been an easy one? 🤔

Remember, that you can air drop and move presets between the desktop LL and iOS. We are also considering whether to go with sub-categories in the presets drop menu and how they will translate when migrating presets to the Desktop.
I would say a week time for the drop-down menu implementation, testing and then release.

  • New @Jamie_Mallender presets in the update, out now! 👍
