Upon further thought, I see that @AudioGus and @Gavinski are right. I was looking at this purely from a business/marketing perspective and also from the perspective of someone who tracks sales. But in the broader context, the market at large isn’t going to be up on price changes and a couple of bucks doesn’t put the price anywhere out of whack to where it would raise eyebrows in the general app buying public. Before and after considering this topic from various angles, one fact has remained, FAC apps are exceptional.
They certainly are, and Alteza did not escape my notice while making my 'best of' list!

So looks like the thread title could use even another revision now like ‘Yay! FAC Sale!’ or some such yay!
Or you could just ask Lineman or Michael or someone to just delete the whole shebang and we can all forget it ever happened 😂

I was originally disappointed when the price of FAC Alteza increased by over 28 percent on December 20th. I thought it was a rather unfortunate time to increase an app's price, when most developers were offering holiday discounts. I suggested the developer should get a "lump of coal" in his stocking as a reminder his optics on pricing could have been better. His products are highly regarded, and I meant in no way to disparage them, however many took exception to my comments as you shall see below.
At any rate, I apologize for any hurt feelings I may have caused."

It worked. Planned on getting the app earlier this year but forgot about it.
@SNystrom It happens. We learn as we grow. Plus, this was an excellent reminder to pick up the app. Strange, but effective.
I’m sure everyone knows that you can get Alteza for desktop as well. For those who play on the dark side...
Just be aware that AUv3s only work in a few hosts (but that does include Logic).
