    @chrisG I think that's the problem. I don't 'need' either, just want another compressor to play with. :)

    Oh ok. I'm in the same club. Don't need it, but what the hell it's another toy to play with! By the way, I just checked the filtering and each band has a free mode filtering, if that's what you meant, it is a multiband comp after all, so in addition to the "free mode" you could always use one of the bands as a "sidechain listener" (I think?).

  • aha! Thanks very much @chrisg! Any idea on processor overhead on MB vs C?

    My iPad 3 seems to crawl no matter what I do these days so if C's overhead is significantly less than MB with a single band turned on, I'll probably lean toward the C.
