I think this came out earlier this month, https://apps.apple.com/us/app/le-photomatique/id1552451490
Anyone try it yet? I’m wondering if it can do anything I can’t do already with Glitch Clip
Midi activated visuals will always grab my quick interest.. thanks for sharing this find!
It has pretty much nothing in common with Glitch Clip. I think it sucks and even if you get it to work (too complicated) it's mostly about using colors or blur on your imported clips. Maybe it'll get better with development but for now I don't have any use for it.

How does this compare to the stock free stuff in Cubasis or the Nembrini apps?
Trying to decide if the big one-time cost is worth it because this is best-in-class, or if other stuff out there does a comparable job
@Millwardesque comparable to Nembrini. Everyone has their favorites - I think this fits the bill for an AUv3 version of something like Bias FX, a whole package type deal with amps cabs and FX. Others such as @McD and @JoyceRoadStudios can weigh in.
Overloud TH-U went on a similar sale for Black Friday last year.
@Millwardesque I will make this statement confidently. Overloud TH-U is best in class as a comprehensive guitar app universe. If you are comparing it to Bias, Amplitube, Ge Labs, it sounds a lot better. The amp and cab sims are, to my ears, the best we’ve had so far on iOS when you consider the whole package. The fx collection is stellar. So if you are considering a big guitar app that can suit all your needs standalone or AuV3, with full midi capability, IR loader, etc etc... it’s not even close. You can try Bias, Amplitube, Ge Labs demos and hear for yourself. On top of that, th-u sells rigs of real amps, like Kemper profiles. They actually are the best sounding guitar amps on iOS, but they get costly and addictive quickly because each is a separate purchase. If the rigs didn’t exist, I would still choose the th-u sims.
Now Nembrini are single amp masterpieces, and you can also buy their fx (some are free) and make a chain in AUM or Audiobus or any Daw. But it’s not a guitar universe app, in standalone you don’t even have metering nor a tuner. It’s apples to oranges which is why I recommend both rather than compare them. Nembrini is one amp of your choice at a time. So if I was choosing $80 worth of Nembrini amps/fx or th-u full, obviously th-u offers the bigger and more comprehensive package. My biggest problem with Nembrini is the horrible presets. Just turning the apps on in “default” is unbearably loud and causes ear killing feedback in my headphones. The input, output, master knobs are completely out of whack, the bass knob always too high. The only amp that doesn’t kill my ears just by turning it on is Mrh810. I have my levels set perfectly on the interface etc... Nembrini takes a lot of tweaking, but those amps are also the best we have on iOS. Th-u presets are fantastic, you can have fun right away, or tweak to your heart’s content. The only thing I ever do in th-u is occasionally turn down the global master volume the the left menu, I barely touch the amps. With Nembrini I have to turn the input and output and master knobs so much that it changes the intended amp character. I still love them, but they’re quite a labyrinth for being just one amp. The impossibly loud and distorting presets are almost a deal breaker.
Coincidentally I re-visited every single iOS guitar app last night, and th-u sounded like the clear winner of big guitar rig apps. Nembrini literally killed my ears, Bias and Amplitube are just old news and not AUV3. I think the new FH-2 beta is extremely promising as well. Novella over.
This really looks like PhotoShop for iPad or iPhone.

Anyone know how long will THU Overload be on sale?
The newsletter I got says March 31 (it talks about 40% off during Guitar Month) but it only mentions desktop products.
Mammoth - Bass Amp by Aurora DSP
https://itunes.apple.com/app/id1517411435
Down from $18.99 to $7.99
I highly recommend Mammoth 🦣 Bass Amp!!!!!!!
their Rhino guitar plugin will finally be released come april
+1
It’s awesome.
Apparently they have a newer version with the word pro and these are Legacy apps, but they still have full functionality and should be useful for awhile.
Thanks. I dont' see a discount in the app. So why there was appsliced notification with specific prices? By mistake?
The complete bundle is now $79.99 instead of $109
What price are you seeing?
well now I see a good price. I thought that it was not discounted because I see price after conversion to my currency. (Apple's rates are terrible)
Anyone can comment on Mammoth vs the Nembrini bass amp sim?. I’ve read mixed reviews on Mammoth, some comment it’s only appropriate for heavy, distorted sounds. This is a great price.
Cheers!
