maybe not an app sale per se, but for all the german folks: amazon has app store gift cards with 15% extra until 19. december

Amazon.nl too, for the Netherlands only. Interestingly, Belgium doesn't seem to play this time, at least not the resellers that were involved in the similar 15% BF promo.

    Canada

Apple Gift Card (Email Delivery) - Get $10 Amazon promotional credit with $100 Apple Gift Card purchase. Use code: APPLEDEC. Limited time.

FabFilter bundles back on sale? What was the price on Black Friday?

I think it was $89.99 for big bundle usually $119.99

And I believe it was $44.99 for creative bundle, usually $54.99

I know the first one is correct but not sure about creative bundle since I had an app the price always showed discounted for me. Maybe someone else can confirm it.

You got it right, Pops, @dakti confirms here - https://forum.audiob.us/discussion/comment/1020421#Comment_1020421

@telecharge I didn't know there is possible to paste direct link to specific comment on forum, great feature :) I found that method to find a direct link, but it is not comfortable :|

    1. first have to remember thread name and comment date where is interesting comment (it can be old and hide between others comments)
    2. go to user "profile"
    3. go to user "comments" section
    4. find that comment
    5. open that comment
    6. copy link from safari tab
    7. share link with others

Do you know simplier and faster way to get a direct link?

Hold it and select copy from the pop up menu? This is a useful little tool. Thanks.

I believe what @NeuM was highlighting was that Kairoos Solutions SL (the app developer) are pretty unscrupulous in the manner that they mimic existing products down to using similar product names and even the logos they use for app icons are very close to a trademark infringement.

They publish the app equivalent of a dodgy Chinese 'Roldex' watch. They infringe the copywrite of someone else's work to the extent that they attempt to fool you into thinking you're getting the real deal, when in fact it's a cheap imitation.

    You are correct.

You have to admire China, taking on USA at their own game :D

No respect but yet ‘you’ support them via China’s exported goods, end of my point about duplicity.

  • Let's not wreck this thread with politics.

  • Wow! I just did the “complete my bundle” for the Fabfilter Creative bundle for only $20!!

(All I had was Timeless 3!)

So I got Saturn 2 and Volcano 3 for 10 bucks a pop!

Thanks @Poppadocrock and everyone who contributes to the heads ups on these sales!

Agreed. Discussion of sales is one thing, but that’s not something that will add to the thread.

  • Told myself I wasn't going to buy more amps, but ended up getting the sound master amp and the acoustic voice pre amp. Eyeing Quinta hard.

Also got DigiKeys. Can't have enough apps with randomization, personally.

Now you just need a randomizer to automatically launch one of these apps

Personally I made a list in Brainstormer to choose apps for me

  • haha! I do own that app and have been using it for tabletop rpgs. great idea for this though!

As an aside, I downloaded a while ago a free app called Jam Dice: https://apps.apple.com/au/app/jam-dice/id1499168418

It's just a couple of dice with chords on each of their faces. Fun though.

  • cool app

I am in the exact same boat. I wasn't going to buy any more amps. But after owning almost all the Nembrini gear, I had some bourbon one night and WHOOPS bought the Overloud Fender Super Reverb rig and it's fantastic. Truly great.* It made me want to by the SoundMaster! I can't imagine I need it. (But is it great? :# )

    *Truly great with one caveat.

I'll never understand the Overloud UI decision to not let me turn the actual knobs on the rig. Why do I have to open a window with sliders for text options? A window that I now must scroll through to access all the parameters that are plainly visible on the rig? Especially weird that changing the value on the sliders actually rotates the knob on the skeumorphic interface?

  • Quick, related question about app purchases...

Is there any way to stop my Apple ID Balance being slowly whittled away by my monthly iCloud subscription?

I added some App Store credit, bought a few Black Friday bargain apps and kept some credit for future purchases (ie Loopy Pro). But my iCloud is taking £2.49 from the balance each month, and it appears impossible to set the iCloud to come from my credit card, instead of the balance. :s

This is very irritating. I have to make sure I have a plan to spend the entire gift card amount before redeeming. Otherwise icloud, applecare, etc. end up eating whatever I have in my GC balance.

There are a few. I was just trying to find them. Not the instruments but other elements.
