No, it’s 9.99 very often. It’s one of their older plugins so it doesn’t get much attention. I bought it last year at some point, but still haven’t really tried it and I keep meaning to do so.

No, it was set up for that, but it's available to anyone. I got it last time it was free just to check this (I already have the unlocked version). Very fond memories of this app, which has been around forever; the desktop version was my diagramming tool for everything before OmniGraffle came along.

Works in any browser, just double checked on my iPhone. I use it for work and I like it a lot. Can also be built collaboratively. Like the Google docs for diagrams.
