Comments
Because of the variety of sounds and styles I like to work with it’s more often than not different every time. However, I do rather like the “Full Bass Rig 2” preset to use as a starting point recently.
Wow!
Not updated in 3 years. Is it still worth it?
‘Bout Fing time!!!
Thanks for the head-up @MAtrixplan!
I’m hoping the sale indicates that an update is coming…
Just like nLog got a surprise AUv3 update the same could happen to Nav considering it’s the same developer
Thanks. I was waiting for this one!
Ehh, so so. It's a great synth, don't get me wrong. But if IAA doesn't fit into your workflow, or you don't use audioshare (importing wavs), then it's not really a necessary synth. There are plenty of other fish in the sea. For wavetable+subtractive synths, Synthmaster 2 is around the corner, Poseidon is AUv3 already, and Drambo has a great wavetable options. There are a few big releases just around the corner, I'd say save your money.
Nave is developed by Waldorf Music and nLog by tempo rubato. How is it the same developer?
My 3 messages on twitter, facebook, and directly to Waldorf Music Team did the job
Thank you for listening
NAVE purchased
Woah, Waldorf Nave hasn't been on sale since Nov 27, '14. This is the least expensive it's ever been.

🙏
Yep, same developer. Rolf from Tempo Rubato is Waldorf's CTO now and works on their hardware synths
He developed nLog, Nave and also ported Arturia Spark to iOS
Cool if it's true. So, what next? Attack AUv3?
Thanks for the info. So we can have hope for Nave going to a next, AUv3 compatible, level
@dakti Good job! You made a few people happy
Hi @israelite
I have sent thanks to the Waldorf Team. Just checking the patches. I'm stuck on "Palm's Dreams" and can't move on I like it so much. I also have fingers crossed for AUv3 in NAVE. Cheers
I don't know if my messages mattered anything, but if so, I am very very happy
...and this is a GOOOOOD news
Nave!!! Great news, purchased
Yeah, I should probably focus on learning Drambo
It is a must. Amazing sounds. One of the best synths ever on IOS
I bought Nave and nLog - how could I have missed the latter.
Me too! I even can use the Nave patches on my Waldorf Iridium. Exporting them isn't the best chosen method(via e-mail) but the Nave patches play perfect on my Iridium.

I didn’t know he did ispark, that’s a good one. He also did isem.
That’s an impressive resume for one person!
The description on the App Store made this a must buy! Not even a tip jar!!🤣
Wait, that $219 normal price can’t be for real.
Haven't you seen the Audiokit prices yet?
They go up and down like yo-yo's.
They had one at $999.99 at one point
for their exclusive series of apps.
They do have a sense of humour.
It's quite funny.
Yes, interesting marketing strategy:
