Because of the variety of sounds and styles I like to work with it’s more often than not different every time. However, I do rather like the “Full Bass Rig 2” preset to use as a starting point recently.

Ehh, so so. It's a great synth, don't get me wrong. But if IAA doesn't fit into your workflow, or you don't use audioshare (importing wavs), then it's not really a necessary synth. There are plenty of other fish in the sea. For wavetable+subtractive synths, Synthmaster 2 is around the corner, Poseidon is AUv3 already, and Drambo has a great wavetable options. There are a few big releases just around the corner, I'd say save your money.
Nave is developed by Waldorf Music and nLog by tempo rubato. How is it the same developer?

Yep, same developer. Rolf from Tempo Rubato is Waldorf's CTO now and works on their hardware synths
He developed nLog, Nave and also ported Arturia Spark to iOS
Cool if it's true. So, what next? Attack AUv3?

I have sent thanks to the Waldorf Team. Just checking the patches. I'm stuck on "Palm's Dreams" and can't move on I like it so much. I also have fingers crossed for AUv3 in NAVE. Cheers

I bought Nave and nLog - how could I have missed the latter.
Me too! I even can use the Nave patches on my Waldorf Iridium. Exporting them isn't the best chosen method(via e-mail) but the Nave patches play perfect on my Iridium.
