Noone does buyer's remorse quite like you, mate. 👏
Ha. Thanks I think. I do try to only ever blame myself for it though, I’m yet to request a single refund for an iOS app.
I'm with you @drcongo
Those apps aren't for me
Lol. This app especially really needed more thought.
I’m so glad I’m not alone. Every one of the presets makes my drums sound like shit, and whatever I tweak on it seems to just adjust the shitness.
Most are must have. Thanks !
Oh nice, I wonder if tap delay would scratch the timeless 3 itch I’ve got
The thing I don't like about Tap Delay is that there is no way to control the level of the taps individually, but for the price it's a really interesting app, you can get really loong delay times.
Good to know, ta 👍
You are not alone. I bought the "Time Machine" vinyl emulation app and it's not what I would describe as useful, much less "professional".
I forwards a message from Davie504... SLAP LIKE NOW!
I think he noticed you want to buy another 4Pockets app
Lol. Yea I think Paul got a little to caught up pumping out more apps then making sure everyone was up to a certain level. Some are good, but some are not. Some he updates frequently some not so much. Thanks for the heads up on drum surgeon.
I wouldn't buy it again. Too limited and it never really felt "musical" to me.
Yukawa, TTAP and Eventide UltraTap are likely better alternatives, or maybe even Timeless 3 if you want to invest premium cash.
Who knows, Toneboosters might release a delay soon too.

OK, that I seriously applaud.
Adjusted Shitness is a decent band name though.
And it might relate to the compositional process at times 😄
Witness the Shitness! (Shout out to Roots Manuva)
Don’t forget MC Pitman

Excellent work my friend - so many great finds 👍🙏
Styly Cee! 🤣
I just wanted to add that the value in Future Drummer is definitely not the sounds. The brilliance in this and all of his apps is the automatic variations and fills. For those of us who are too lazy to properly program such things, it’s a dream! None of my other drum apps come close, even with probability. MIDI out to another app with better sounds or piles of effects is the key to getting it to sound how you want it. If you haven’t returned it and that sounds valuable to your process, perhaps consider another go with it.
Agreed. I did some jams where I directed Soft Drummer to Seekbeats. Awesome results
Synthetic Jazzy Feelings™
Reminds me of a friend who wanted to jazz up his CV\resumé using a thesaurus, and instead of "spare time activities" he replaced it with "superfluous time displacements" and "date of birth" with "era of parturition."
Anyway, back to the thread
