Bleass Granulizer- $3 off at $4.99
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/bleass-granulizer-auv3-plugin/id1540299083
ALL BLEASS APPS ARE DOWN TO $4.99 instead of mostly $7.99. Not sure about Alpha or groovebox but all FX apps are $4.99
Thank you for all the great sale hunting you do for this thread.
As a GeoShred/Push option, it's particularly weak.
Completed my Bleass collection (well, not the GrooveBox but everything else that was missing).
Is Slow Machine now also on sale? It didn't show up yet on sale for me. That's the only one I'm missing somehow.
All FX the are $4.99 each
Why do I need Timeless 3?. > @telecharge said:
Re-1 tape machine is a blast. One of my favorite and most abused plugins, and doesn’t really a manual. The guy can definitely nail it.
Regarding Shockwave... it's easy to get into
And Jakob's video will ease you even further
Oh my... Bleass sale? 💖
Fyi it does not work in Cubasis 2 or 3.
Think of Shockwave as more of a self-contained modular without a bunch of wires… just direct connections.
You can also send midi into it and send it’s built in sequencer, etc. midi out at the same time. It’s really a unique gem. I’m definitely not a brainiac when it comes to complex audio apps, and I was able to figure it out.
Granted, it wasn’t intuitively immediate, but once you get the general idea it all starts making sense quickly.
I have pretty much all the granular apps and love them all pretty much. Only, I don’t have the Bleass Granular app. How does it compare to the rest of them? Redundant or very unique?
Very veeeeery unique! 🙂
I’m not a musician at all. I just love screwing around with sound experimentation, etc.
Which 3 of the Bleass fx apps on sale would be the best for screwing around with experimenting? Slow machine? Granular? All the demos look like they’re being used as effects in music application and not so much for experimentation.
MuteMaster is lots of fun. If you’re looking for a way to put some randomness into your compositions without micro managing mutes — or fades, it’s perfect. It’s also good for testing arrangements and comparing voicings.
Experimentation creating sounds from scratch or experimentation with effects?
For experimentation I would go for Granulator, SlowMachine and MotionFX. They are super flexible, and the UI design is just brilliant!
Same.
Thanks for that. Although I do sometimes use C2, yet to go C3, I mostly work in AUM.. cheers.
Motion FX is real cool.
How does Bleass phaser compare to FAC Phaser? Any opinions? I have neither but want one of them.
>
It’s more of an fx app that you add to an existing source to modify its output. As opposed to other granular apps which are original sound sources in their own right.
Dope thanks for that.
Shockwave is quite brilliant. Almost any parameter can be assigned to any other parameters. Just like Factory but without the matrix.
The reverb inside is also top notch. So I presume that RF-1 Reverb got the same sonic treatment, for those who still haven’t their dedicated reverb.
Both
That’s the 3 I can’t decide on. Maybe I’ll get all but I also want to get Igor’s new Sound Saw too.
Anyone know how long the Bleass sale goes for? I’m camping now but should be back by the weekend
EDIT: their site says sale is until Aug 2nd. Cool 😎 I’ve got some time & will watch some vids when I get home 🏡 from camping 🏕
I find FAC Phaser unbeatable. BLEASS is pretty good, but not as distinctive.
I think Slow Machine is the jewel without competition on iOS. Just brilliantly implemented. There is some competition with the others.
Thanks for that. Quick question when you say distinctive ? Do you mean unique, but still very versatile, or unique but more niche? I hope that makes sense, lol.
They both sound so great in videos, demos I’ve seen. I’ve been wanting 1 of the 2, and I truly love both developers so I wasn’t sure which way to go. Thanks.

Problem solved 🤗
Oh come-on @Poppadocrock, you’ll just just what most of us appoholics would do: Buy Bleass Phaser now, then get Fred’s Phaser when it goes on sale! 😅
Problem solved 🤗
Boy that first reply was really screwed-up! Code is not my strength 🤓
Hard to describe, I guess. The FAC Phaser is richer and sounds more dynamic to me. There are fewer presets, but that part didn’t bother me. I have both FAC and BLEASS, but I tend to gravitate toward FAC.
