Wow! Thanks so much everyone, quite happy to see the love for Crystalline!
Meh... It's ok I suppose. Just kidding Chris, it's brilliant. Congrats on a great achievement.

I don't have an ETA on when this will be implemented, but I think BPM sync could be nice in a future update.

I've been getting more and more requests lately for iPhone versions, so I'm definitely hearing the call from you iPhone users, pun intended. I can't promise anything yet, but the iPhone crowd seems to be roaring at me louder every day.

Yes, it should work fine.

Hehe, thank you!
Congrats on a great release! And I too would love this to be universal with the same layout.

Thank you!
Pretty awesome effect. Definitely going to have fun making shimmering cavernous presets with this.
In the future, I would love to see what you come up with for a DISTORTION effect to add to my Holderness Folder.

This thing is insane. I have spent the major portion of my long train journey home with Guitarism piped into Crystalline piped into AUFX:Space. And just left Guitarism looping while I tweaked the controls. Woooooo.
Been running BeepBoop through the Angelic preset for last 15 minutes. It turns that app into something extraordinary.
I play guitar. How does this compare or differ from Au Fx Space and Au Fx Dub? Thx, Joe
Best to check out the video on page one of this thread
@joegrant413 AUFX:Space is a reverb, AUFX:Dub a delay, and Crystalline a "shimmer" fx. So it's three different kind of effects, not really comparable
I would step away from emphasizing guitar, as it's cool with synths also.
@j_liljedahl is 100% right. I see people asking why would they need Crystalline if they already had ___ app. At least in the case of AUFX apps versus HoldernessMedia apps, I've got them all and I would consider each one essential, including Crystalline. It's kinda like a Golfer saying, "I've already got an 8-iron, why would I need that Putter?" Each of these does something different, and they are each fantastic. Ok, better metaphor: a Strat doesn't do the same thing as a Martin. Sorry, I'm a golfer....

Well put good sir!
...the bad news is now I'm suing you because I started jamming with Crystalline combined with Space, Stereo Designer, and MasterFX, and I missed my tee-time today! Just kidding, but you guys are getting these apps so good that I'm having trouble being a productive member of society. I think I had an app overdose. That said, Crystalline is a Driver, not an 8-iron!
Thx folks for the responses, analogies included

Lol, sure blame the apps.
Just got it - just gorgeous!
Heres my demo, tried some acoustic type instruments from Sampltank, sweet :-)
Brilliant app,thanks!
I felt my blood pressure drop a bit during that Doug! You're sounding better in the vid. Great demo. Loved the sitar and wanderer parts!
Man, this is such a great demo Doug, your choice of sounds and lovely piano skills are killing it!
So awesome, thank you!
Animoog plus Crystalline is Scarlett Johansson levels of gorgeous.

Thanks man! Gonna have to tweet that one.
Yeah, I had some good results today with Crystalline using Animoog, TC-11, and playing chords from my electric bass.

Somene Upload a vid with animoog and Crystalline please.
@HoldernessMedia
I'm really digging Crystalline and after playing around with it since it arrived I have a few questions.
What exactly is Delay Mode? Tweaking it changes the effect but I can't tell what's really being changed.
Also after tweaking every parameter available it appears there is no way to directly change the level of the pitch shifted octave which to me is the most characteristic component of the shimmer effect. Without the pitch shifted octaves shimmer is just a reverb/delay. I can change the overall tone with the LP filter and the mix slider is good for over all wet/dry mix but there does not appear to be any way to adjust how much of the octave up is in the mix. I would love to be able to dial in exactly how much pitch shifted octave I want which would allow for more subtle uses of shimmer. It would be nice to be able to control the timing of when the pitch shift comes in as well.
I've been playing Thumbjam's pedal steel sound through Crystalline and it is heavenly!
Thanks for the great work, keep it up!
Oh drat, I just bought Echo Pad today only the shimmer effect! Guess I'll be forking out for this too though, that's for sure.
