We have all been here before
I’ve been getting by using Sound Master as a Twin substitute.
A have an actual 90 pound beast with the Steve Jones mod of replacing the original speakers with Celestions sitting here in the den, but currently get little use from it.
Cranking a Twin is an almost guaranteed way of ensuring a visit from the police. And I live in a music town.
I find this fascinating. I’ve been playing guitar for decades, so I’ve owned a few amps. But I’ve never been able to afford a 60’s legendary whatever. Nor have I played and tried too many.
How are people frustrated over a specific amp?. Just make whatever sounds great!.
Do you own an AC15 and an AC30 and prefer the former?. What are the odds?. I’m sure they’re both great.
I got the Ownhammers. Do I go to the exact Fender model I’m used to playing?. That’s boring!. To me the whole point is to try new things and be surprised. I like some random Gibson IRs of an amp I didn’t know existed.
“No, but I’m a Fender person”. Ok, but this is not an actual Fender. You like the range of frequencies, the response, the way it breaks up... I love the Gain Stage Vintage Clean. Is it based on amp?. Who cares!. It sounds good, doesn’t it?
What is that?!
Amplitube Brian May pack, the pedals included.
Thanks. I'm one of those auv3 whiners so.............
Impressive. I"m trying to go ultra lightweight
The Nembrini people apparently don't understand the allure of a very powerful, clean amp.
Hi,
Has anyone tried the DC30 in Zenbeats?. I get a mono signal no matter what settings I use. To be great I have a few other Nembrini amps and I don’t have this problem. I did have a similar issue with the Nembrini Quinta pitch effect.
It’s unusable as it is. I’ll post it on the Zenbeats thread aswell.
The newer Nembrini releases and updates now have an audio settings menu in standalone, where you need to choose the stereo output. Did you try doing that before loading it as auv3? Another user reported the same problem with zenbeats and Nembrini tube screamer. If choosing both outputs inside DC30 doesn’t fix it for AUv3, then the problem is Zenbeats and not Nembrini. No other daw has this issue with them besides Zenbeats.
I tried setting it to stereo in standalone, even rescanned all plugins in Zenebeats. Still mono.
I recall having the same issue with Dubstation. Must be a Zenbeats thing with some plugins. It’s weird that it doesn’t happen with the other Nembrini amps.
That’s true but I believe it only started happening once Nembrini began with the audio settings menu. So the earlier releases must do an auto detect or something, and somehow it’s lost in translation now.
Hi I got a couple of issues:
1) I can’t hear the reverb on the DC30!. I mostly use the trem/vibrato mode, and reverb doesn’t seem to do anything,
2) I can’t hear it when using Bluetooth headphones with Cubasis 3. The headphones seem to change the sample rate to 16.000 (which I suppose is a standard thing for Bluetooth headphones?.) and at that dc30 is completely silent.
