In principle, pressing channel 16 C-2 note I should already be able to trigger the first snapshot (s01 button) without any further mapping?
Ok I did it! The midi routing was wrong. Now it works. Thanks a lot.

This one needs an update/upgrade.. seems you need a masters degree to work it now..
Should be Paul’s next mission.. Snapshots are needed in AUM..
Yes, the obvious upgrade is to MIDI learn the snapshot buttons.
Glad you worked it out, @mv88keys
Hi there! It’s always me. I have another problem and I hope you can help me. I am trying to remotely control other buttons of MidiMixer.
I understood how to control volume faders and snapshot buttons, can you tell me what signals are needed to control other triggers? In particular, I am interested in triggering the mute buttons. Also, I would like to automatize each channel independently, like triggering a snapshot on a single channel, without affecting other channels, any idea?
You want to trigger the mutes separately from the snapshots? You can, of course, manage mutes/unmutes via snapshots. The AU parameters are not exposed otherwise. I'm not sure I understand your question about the independent channel automation. Can you clarify what you mean there relative to how you set up snapshots?
Mm maybe I misunderstood something. Is there any midi signal (note,cc) to enable/disable mute without having to take two snapshots only for that?
Nope
Okok thank you. Will these features and a general midi mapping ever be available on the app?
No idea. You’d have to contact the developer for that.
AUM itself has MIDI mapping, you know? I’ve started using Loopy Pro, which is very flexible with a controller.
Hi guys.
Do you know whether is it possible to assign a different parameter to the knob of the standard Midi Mixer view? For example, let’s say I want to use that knob for a low pass filter instead of the default “pan”. Is there any solution?
Thank you!
Ignore it, I have just solved it deleting the aum midi mapping on the channel pad effect and copying it on the channel filter effect inside AUM, with no change in the mixer.
Wow. An in-line Zombie created right before our eyes.
Let's take this moment of silence to praise the App Catalog of @4pockets_paul. If you can spare the time or the money: Write a 4Pockets App Review or buy another app while @4pockets_paul is unde-going surgery and recovering. He can use the income since he won't be able to create 2 more apps in April as planned.
Keep him in your prayers or thoughts as you see fit and hope for a speedy recovery. There but by the grace of "Howard" go I. I used to call him "Howard" just to be irreverent. I stopped calling her that a long time back. She has been forgiving.
I just got this app and have a bunch of AUM projects that all have more than 12 channels. How do I get the 24 channels to come up (and why would the default be set to only 12?)? I really don’t want to start from scratch
Hello? Someone must have had this come up
Not sure what to say—the app is designed with twelve channels. You could run two instances to get 24 channels but you’ll have to make some changes to the channel designations to avoid duplication.
But they have a 24 channel template. Why not let us load it instead of the 12? I don’t want to start all my projects from scratch
I think you misunderstand how the app works. If you haven’t messed with AUM default CCs then you don’t need the template; MidiMixer will control the AUM channels in your existing project.
