Each note should have an emoji — not an existing emoji of course, a totally novel one specific to that note — and which makes sense in any culture regardless of species and on any planet when notes are used together
That’s why I like an option to just select the notes. I might get curious to know the scale, but it ends up being locrian #9 or whatever (I’m making this up), so what’s the actual musical purpose? I care about theory, but ultimately about the notes, what else?
