I’ve mentioned being able to export a favourites list before.
Blame it on touch interface ->
single tap : change bypass state of effect
long press : choose a new effect for the current slot.
Since I 'm using long press gesture to show menu, can't use it for drag-n-drop. So I decided to add a sub menu to move the current effect to a different slot, coming up in v1.0.4:

Could you please send me dropbox links for the samples you're trying to import. So that I can test your workflow? I tested importing samples into the additive osc today, saving preset, and reloading preset and found no issues. works as expected. -standalone ui, 12.9 inch ipad layout-

If you made desktop purchases with multiple email addresses, that might be an issue. We need to merge all purchases into one account.

Skin: Prototype, it happens in both Standalone and Auv3, iPad Pro 2017 10.5 inches.
After doing more testing today, it only happens with imported samples, so i'll include in the dropbox link the only sample that actually got stored in the list and in the preset, and the samples that are gone after reopening (these ones show up as a blank space in the list when I first load them up)
Maybe on some, but certainly not on my 12.9” iPad. I’ve been hoping to get this fixed since SM2 hit the iPad and I’ve tried to set up using the instructions sent to me. Many of the fix attempts required me to enter a new serial number sent to me (so far about 6) but it either didn’t work or it wouldn’t accept the replacement serial number, saying it was invalid. My desktop SM2 software is registered under the same email address as the one I enter when registering SM2 iOS and when I try to install the Desktop Presets bank, it goes through the motions - the Factory bank looks like its added a bunch of presets however all its doing is listing the presets from the All bank. If I click into another bank then back into the Factory bank it goes back to showing 849 presets 🙁. Also - a minor bug…if while in the Factory bank I use the scroll bar to go to the bottom of the list, it actually stops two or three presets short. I have to go into the list and drag the last couple up to see them.
My Desktop SM2 is registered with a different email address then my App Store account is…. The Desktops were purchased using PayPal and that email address is different for security issues. If it was possible to change the email address at your website, I would but it doesn’t seem possible.

I have followed the procedure as shown in the video and registered with my desktop email and serial number and all of my purchased desktop expansions have downloaded and installed. Only the desktop factory presets will not download or show in the presets list. I only have one registered account with kv331.
Sorry - don’t want to read the whole history. What is the trick to set and change the modulation amount on the modulated knob?
Go to the Mod Matrix view (just above the keyboard). There should be a red circle indicating amount of modulation...it’s buggy so it often doesn’t appear the first time you select Mod Matrix. Repeat it a few times and the red circle will appear

Per accident, sometimes I get that modus, that I can set the modulation amount at the to modulated knob. But I can’t get there intentional...
That ‘modus’ can be accessed by longtap on a knob that has modulation assigned to it.
Ie. If a knob has modulation assigned to it, longtap on the knob and adjust the modulation depth.
Precise value adjustment is still a real pita though….
When you tap a modulation source (like Mod Wheel / ADSR 1), the knobs that have modulations will display a ring around them, indicating the mod amount. Then, by long pressing any of the knobs that are being modulated, you can edit the modulation amount for that knob.

FYI - my Favourites (patches) is back!
It seems to be some file management glitch in iPadOS15 (beta7) rather then a glitch with Synthmaster 2…
I just did an cold reset/restart of my iPad Pro 12.9” M1, and, tada, it all was back in the list of favourites into SM2!
Could you PM me your desktop email address so I can double check your account(s).
Just added the ability to save partial presets, coming up in our v1.0.4 update

Running Synthmaster 2 as an AUv3 within Cubasis, with Read/Write automation buttons lit, I'm unable to record automation of ANY Synthmaster knobs (other synth AUv3s still work fine). Is this an issue with the latest release? (V1.03, r11253, 27th Aug)
Right now the easy knobs (macros) and 2 xy pads can be automated. you can modulate any parameter with the easy knobs (macros)
Ah, I see, sorry! Thanks for the quick response. Assign macro knob to desired parameter first, before automating, got it!
