Thanks @RajahP . Yes I have wanged all the buttons I can find. When I try the "Download Bonus/Desktop Factory Presets" I get a "None of the preset banks were downloaded and installed." The "Download Desktop Expansions" option gives me "No Desktop expansions detected for your user account". The latter is odd as it is showing up as purchased in the IAP section.

Just got Synthmaster 2. WOW. Loving it. Surprisingly not that CPU heavy given the complexity.
A few “crashes” in AUM so far but nothing major.

Seems SynthMaster Player has CPU issues since last update… overloading…

Incidentally, when SynthMaster 2 is used as an AUv3 in GarageBand on macOS (on an M1 iMac) it causes some kind of instability in GarageBand and I am prompted to either Save and quit or discard the current progress and quit. And if the open project is saved, it cannot be reopened by GarageBand. It permanently damages the project.
I do not know if this also happens with Synthmaster One.
Please look into this very troubling instability. It has made using GarageBand with Synthmaster on desktop an impossible option.
SynthMaster 2 (iOS) is not allowed to be used on the desktop. We have a desktop product (VST/AU/AAX) separately. Are you saying that it runs on MacOS ?

50 new presets, but how do I get them?!

No. I paid for the desktop version. The iOS version is not currently having any issues, other than the never solved stuck keys issue.
I just emailed them with the same question, no answer yet…
Press the current preset name that is displayed in the center of the top of SM2 screen.
Press the "Download Bonus/Desktop Factory Presets" button.
Press the "Register" button.
After the above sequence of operations, Selcuk Ergen's new presets were added in my case. (52 presets?).

When I download factory presets using the above method, it clears my desktop bonus presets that I purchased. And vise verse… if I restore my purchased, it wipes the new bank.
Tried to download the new presets, resulted in the app crashing, unable to restart it, restarted the iPad and the same issue, having to reinstall completely. Now SM2 won’t download all my bought IAPs previously installed like desktop expansion and all my SM Player IAPs. I can still download the online content, no issues there.

Hi guys,
Just saw your messages (because of time zone difference), I tested downloading bonus/desktop presets before releasing this update, didn't encounter any crashes so far. I also updated the Desktop Presets Upgrade IAP (Selcuk's presets added) and SynthMaster All Expansions Bundle (2 new expansions by NatLife are added). Looks like Apple hasn't approved those yet.

Apple hasn't approved the updated IAPs yet, that could be the reason.
But should that stop already approved individual IAPs from downloading? Or do they approve all the IAPs again as a package? I have bought most individual IAPs in both apps before you released the All Expansions Bundle for SM2, could that be an issue?
Anyway, I installed a clean version, waiting for a go to try and register and download the IAPs from both SM2 and SM Player.

Update: I did a clean installation and restored my IAPs. Desktop Presets Upgrade and All Expansions Bundle downloaded and installed from Apple servers without any issues (I'd advise to wait until the end of the download, without closing the app)
Looks like Desktop Presets Upgrade IAP is updated on the AppStore, Selcuk's presets were in there. All Expansions Bundle still missing NatLife's recently added banks, I guess it's not approved yet.
Uninstalled and reinstalled…
Still no Selcuk.

Both SynthMaster One and SynthMaster 2 for macOS were just updated. Problems finally solved! Thanks, @kv331audio_bulent !
When the "Selcuk Ergen" preset is displayed in the Author field of SM2 preset browser, the total number of factory presets seems to decrease. In the case of my SM2, the factory presets decreased from 1944 to 1001. After doing the following, the number of Factory Presets returned to 1944.
Tap the "Browse" button at the top right of the SM2 screen.
Tap the "KV331 Audio Shop" button at the top left of the screen.
Select "Desktop Presets Upgrade" and tap the "Restore IAPs" button.
The number of "Factory Presets" will revert from 1001 to 1944.
(However, the "Selcuk Ergen" preset will disappear from the Author field instead).
SM2 may not be in a state to use the Selcuk Ergen preset smoothly at this time. The factory presets reduction bug(?) described above occurred even after reinstalling SM2. I think it's as @Sylaar reported.
(Selcuk Ergen preset has a sequence where drums and synthesizer sounds are played at the same time, which I found fun and interesting as it shows SM2's features, personality and strengths. Also, Happy New Year).
With the everything bundle, the new Selcuk Ergen presets and the new (?) Natlife (?) additions increased the total number of presets on ios to over 4200. 😶
That's probably more than I can audit, let alone use, in a couple of lifetimes. It also beats the puny total of 2000+ presets on SM One... 😏
BTW, all new presets downloaded smoothly and I see no issues so far when using them, either (Air4, current OS version)

For the AU version, is there a way to view the FX window under Layers > FX? Because right now choosing the buttons on the left only turns them on or off, so you only get to see the FX in the first slot. In the standalone, choosing a button on the left switches the FX shown in the window on the right.
