@Edward_Alexander you are a GENIUS! It works! Amazing! Thanks ever so much for your help 😍
No, “A” and “B” just designate what shape the connector is.
“USB-A” is the most common connector. This can be 1.0, 2.0, 3, or 3.1 (USB 3.0 and up will have blue colored plastic in the female port)
“USB-B” is the older shape that most people remember from the back of their printers. Again this can be 1, 2, 3… the “B” only designates the shape of the connector.
So your iConnectivity Audio4C has the dual USB-C ports right, you’ll use one of these ports with a cable that’s got a “USB-A” connector at the other end to plug into a free USB-A port on your hub.
Again, the USB-C port on your hub, is only for passthrough power. You plug the power/charging cable in here only.
Got it yeah, iPad has power via USBC, video going to monitor and all 18channels of Connect4c available in AUM via USBA3.0 on hub all going into logic :-)
Awesome! I’m so glad we got this thing solved! You’re welcome!
Well, I don’t know if it’s “done well”, but I was doing some noodling around last night, trying to come up with some ideas….
