Auria can fold back its subs, auxs, or master, to AB Input slot. Mtdaw and BM2 can only fold back their masters. Be careful about setting up loops inadvertently. Auria is smart, subs and auxs that are folded back stop mixing down into the Master. Haven't tried this with Cubasis yet.
Note that the App in the output slot only sees multiple AB input channels if there is nothing in thee Effects slot, otherwise t only sees the effect output.
I initially thought you were talking about multichannel audio interfaces. To my knowledge, so far only Cubasis and Auria support multiple outputs, but BN2 and Mtdaw do support multichannel inputs.
