I've done a bit of experimenting and tried to use the internal iDevice microphone first.
My Drambo patch detects the difference between finger swipes over the microphone (going through resonators) and percussive hits on the microphone, triggering a kick drum in this example:
This is all played with just my index finger on the internal microphone.
It's far from finished but it should demonstrate what I mean.
Of yourse you're free to build totally different models to your liking, I would also consider using MIDI controllers to modify the sound. That modern frame drum looks nice but there are so many ways to achieve the same or even better control 😉
@rs2000 Cool video. Since this thread is about the Touché and we’ve kind of hijacked it, I’ve started a new thread for the Impaktor type stuff here:

You should repost this over there.
Do you have the patch for this? I'm curious to try it myself. Thanks
Hey @Montreal_Music The Drambo physical modeling party has moved here to not disturb the touché folks:

@LinearLineman Just saw on the ExpressiveE website they now have refurbished Touches. $169 for the SE. Great deal if you didn’t pick one up yet.
@hypnopad Cool! Thanks very for the heads up. On the ExpressiveE site? I’ll have a look.
Edit: oof, not available in US. Thanks for thinking of me!
@LinearLineman Just looked again and the refurbished ones aren’t available in the states.☹️ I was actually thinking of getting a second one for that price.
