It works perfect
If you open the app, leave it open, and then try to open the AUv3 in AUM does that work?
Whoa 😮
Oh awesome. A fun thing to wash the drear away from a nasty rainy day. Absolutely love this guy’s stuff and always have. He gets his fair due here, but still one of the more underrated developers, and one of the classics. His UIs are wonderful ever since he let us in on his secrets and added a help button to most everything.
Now if only I can fight the urge to sleep long enough to get some coffee going.
Thank you for testing. Good to know, looking forward to this system being implemented to more of his apps.
Yes, my thoughts exactly! #winning
But doesn’t that come out of your Ravenscroft fund? 😂
This looks like another cool app from the maker of Tardigrain! Looking forward to playing with this!
Works perfect, but I hear you, I’m not a fan of Dropbox either!
This is soooo super fun to play with. I just love all of this developer's apps. This one is such a pleasure to use. Makes my usual screwing around with sound, all the more joyful.
Also, if you long press on most of the controls, it brings up a little LFO dial to set for each.
True, but having a top prestine sounding piano is less important than having the godlike ability to take a sound and transform it into something else.
Well spotted! That’s why I wish these apps had manuals and not just the in-app help prompts!
Actually, one of the in-app prompts does mention that, yes
Holy tamales! Sold. Erik’s the man.
This is awesome and I love the theme and UI design, and how it feels like playing a video game a little bit. This is THE perfect app for getting that classic vhs tape instability.
Also, it seems like Nils is the only one of his not to get AUv3 treatment? Maybe I’m misremembering, but I thought he covered them all.
This is what iOS music apps are all about: quirky, fun UI, inspiring creativity and inexpensive but powerful sound design. iOS is the ultimate modular playground!
I’m loving it but AUv3 is broken for me as well. iPad Pro 3rd Generation, still on iOS 13.7 - I’m sure that’ll get fixed thought
Erik Sigth apps are instabuy territory for me at this point ...
Adding to the chorus of fans: this one’s a winner!
@Pxlhg Sharing worked 👍🏼 Nice find that one is able to ‚Share‘ presets by swiping left in the preset browser. I now know it‘s mentioned in the interactive ‚Help‘, but found out only after you posted an example and i started searching on how you did it 😀
I also made several presets while getting lost in playing around for two nice and relaxing hours with a simple bs-16i piano into the FX.
It’s been a looooong time since I got this lost in an effect. As with the other Humbletune apps I’ve tried, the help feature is mandatory at first.
I absolutely adore the Radio controls. Wow! Quintessential “I never knew I wanted it but now can’t live without it.”
I really like the visuals but would appreciate an optional one-screen layout, without the spaceship animation. I’ve gotten used to scrolling by flicking the dots; it still just feels like a LOT of scrolling. I’m sure it will get easier once I have a better grasp of how the modules interact.
Sweet, thank you. Yeah I'm in contact with Erik and hope to get this same system into e.g STRNG as I have a preset pack I want to share but as it is now you can only load one at the time. We'll see when it gets implemented. Anyway, it's a fun app this one
Thanks man!
I definitely like the story aspect behind this app. Very entertaining.
Doesn’t work that way either ...
This is scratching the “why don’t we have wires on iOS”? Itch for sure
This is so much fun. It makes me smile hearing the end results, I really like the vibe of it
Yep. I was reading the AB forum on iMac. Downloaded preset and sent via air play to iPad.
Prompted to open in app, all good.
Only thing is that the preset name doesn't seem to carry over. When saving, the title is blank so a new name needs to be created.
I think that's always the case when saving - the preset you are using (if not starting a fresh), the name is kind of grayed out. Anyway, you shouldn't need to save it should you?
Well it seems I needed to save it as it wasnt't stored when importing. Via Air Drop at least. Maybe another method might.
The app is very cool btw, I like it. Erik always has an interesting angle on things.
