I can see it again in the App Store with the download cloud, the price is gone. Phew! Just downloaded it!
Respect to the devs for renewing their license! 👊
I had Aphelian it would be back
Chut up! You’re not punny, :P
He’s being concise with his language and capitalizing on the inherent qualities of the app name. It just happens to be a pun. I’ve Aphelian it wasn’t his intention to be punny but rather appropriate. I for one, appreciate his efforts.
lol
Seems like they’re gone again.
Agreed haha.
Without warning. One of my favorite apps. Any similar alternatives?
I thought if you had downloaded the app, you always had it.
If it’s installed it should stay on your device. If it’s offloaded either individually because you told it to or by iOS because of the setting that does that, then it totally disappears from the App Store, you can only get it back from an iMazing app backup made before it disappeared.
Sometimes iMazing can download it from the store even if it disappeared from the store.
Even if gone from your purchased items? I’ve not seen that, but would prefer that you’re right.
Yes. I have rescued a few apps removed from the store because a developer either left the App Store or withdrew the app.
There is no guarantee. It seems that Apple leaves them on the servers in case the dev returns to the store.
Yes you’re correct, I’ve downloaded apps via iMazing long after they’re gone from the purchase list, maybe Apple keeps them due to the fact that the AppStore was the point of purchase and their own software for backup is virtually defunct.
Well anyway, the point is you can’t rely on that being the case. Backing them up earlier rather than later is the safest course.
True it’s just a pity that Apple themselves didn’t make this available to all users of their systems.
Any alternative suggestions?
I agree. I was just pointing out that if one did not do that, it is worth checking to see if iMazing can access it.
