Digital Resonance
So where we at? Lol
Peanutcram 6:11AM
Good question. I guess it's up o WMWM
WMWM 7:45AM
I have not received any prioritized list yet.
Peanutcram 7:48AM
First post of this thread...
WMWM 7:48AM
Digitalresonance If you want the codes posted here, so be it.
WMWM 7:51AM
I need your list from the team rep, digitalresonance to be official.
ArcaneScreams 7:53AM
Who are the other team members?
WMWM 7:58AM
Peanutcram and Digitalresonance with the latter designated as the represenative.
ArcaneScreams 7:59AM
Do not play with me. Answer. Who are the members of the other team?
WMWM 8:01AM
I grow tired of your insolence, end of this communication
ArcaneScreams 8:02AM
WMWM May 19 "The ones marked multiple are one for each teammate, barring a supergroup entry."
That was your answer when I asked you this :
ArcaneScreams May 19 "@WMWM Just for clarity's sake, how does this prize thing work? Is it one of each app for each of the teammates, or one of each app, and it's up to them to divide them amongst themselves, or what?"
WMWM June 4 "Will the team members of both teams send an email with a prioritized list of your choice of apps. First pick goes to the top vote getter, Medussa's theme."
These are contradictory statements in nature. By you, @WMWM. From what you have stated, and, looking at the app list you provided in the main post of the 'Forum Community Challenge #2 The Collaborators' thread, this is the list of app codes you have access to. There are 7 apps here, 11 total codes, based on our team structure. By the comment you made, which was two weeks ago, shown at the top in quotes, May 19, this implies that by winning this contest, those 11 codes are ours, to do with as we please. And by 'we', I mean @Digitalresonance , @Peanutcram and myself, @ArcaneScreams
From Holderness Media : Echo Pad Crystalline Swoopster Stereo Designer
From Single Cell Software : Caustic (3 copies)
From Tonapp Guitar Capo+ (3 copies)
From Intuia BeatMaker
You have chosen to ignore me when I asked you politely for a direct response, and for clarity about your statements. You have chosen to remain silent when confronted with contradictory posts you have written, about the distribution of these app codes. You changed the outcome of this contest, and I think you did not count on someone catching it. I did. 11 app codes. An unknown number of participants, aside from the three of us. No members of the other team have come forward. Do you have forum friends on that team, or, perhaps, you WMWM are yourself ON that team. You plan on distributing in the dark, without us seeing what you are doing. It is my belief that your intention is to keep those extra codes for yourself or your friends. Your silence in this matter implies as much.
I opened a private conversation with you, Digital, Peanut, and myself. This conversation in full will be made public, for all to see, if you choose not to respond to me. You are to send all 11 of those codes to either myself, Digital, or Peanut in a private message. Immediately. Or I will post the private conversation in public space, and contact those developers. Immediately. Do you understand? Acknowledge that you understand what I am saying.
ArcaneScreams 8:10AM
You have 5 minutes. Respond. I know you are here.
ArcaneScreams 8:15AM
Very well. You have not responded to any of us. I will post this conversation in public space.

I must admit, @CSwinn was correct. This does bring the greed out of some people.
I am in no way greedy. I do not care about the apps. I want the truth from you. You have contradicted yourself, and it has shamed us all. You still do not answer... Who are the other members?
In case anyone here questions my 'greediness', this is what I posted in part 1, last night.
"I do not agree with how this is going. I like openness and fairness. I think the other team members need to speak with us, so we can distribute the apps fairly among each other, making sure that everyone is generously provided with an app they can use. Starting with us, as we won this round. I think Digital should get first pick, followed by Peanut, then me, then their team leader, then the other two, based on their amount of contribution. We can then send you that list, and you can send out the codes. This would ensure that every participant receives an app that they could use. And it would be open for discussion, not picked behind the scenes."
I am truly very sorry for all of this. It will end soon. Bump.
Just so everyone knows, I will, and have every intention of deleting these posts, once @WMWM complies with our request to hand over what @Digitalresonance and @Peanutcram and myself have won fairly.
Bump.
Just to confirm we are all not greedy for the apps. I got rewarded by the experience. arcane turned into a friend of mine by being open, sharing thoughts and his passion on music. For sure not in to get a 5€ App.
Obviously the "rules" have changed in process, if there have ever been any in a forum for an app connecting music apps on Apple devices where avatars with a strong sense for individualism conjure up a "challenge". I like anarchy a lot. Let's find an easy way to rock on. So people or at least avatars get attracted to join future projects like this.
Keep the open, sharing, communicative, authentic, connecting idea up... And less burocracy saying me as a German
For sure they are human not avatars
Bump.
I got an email saying my name was in this thread so I'm going to go ahead and chime in, seems like outside perspective is desired by at least one side of this disagreement.
I was following this contest from the beginning and at no point did I ever get the impression that the prizes would go to anyone but the first place team. If @WMWM intended to give each participant an app just for playing the game, it was never stated until after the contest was over, which doesn't seem right. As @ArcaneScreams said, what if there were more participants than apps, what was the plan then? If it had been known that each participant was getting a free app, you better believe there would have been more people lining up. As this wasn't the case, it must've been that no one else was aware participation equaled a prize.
As an outsider trying to be objective, I think the fairest thing to do would be to have the two teams talk to one another to decide distribution without @WMWM acting as the arbiter of that conversation. It is a little curious that no one from the other team has spoken up, but I could also see them not wanting anything to do with this unfortunate drama.
@ArcaneScreams, @Peanutcram, and @Digitalresonance, I hope this gets cleared up soon. I made my feelings known about what I thought of this turning into a contest but I still think monthly, host rotating, battles are a good idea. I'd love to see what kind of rules you guys could come up with for a "just for fun" Battle #2 and maybe we can put this contest behind us. I don't view any of you as greedy, but adding prizes has missed the point of what I think the battles should have been about.
@CSwinn Thank you for your comment. I am still not convinced there actually is another team. I have asked numerous times for anyone to step forward. We have offered to share the codes, openly. I would think someone would say something if free apps were involved. The most logical conclusion at this point is that WMWM either wrote that track, or was involved in it. You can see, from looking thru the 'Activity' part of the forum, that he asked a few people to be teammates. My conclusion is, either he alone or he and a few friends wanted those apps, and thought this up. Unfortunately for him, or them, I caught them. And I called him out on his bullshit. He became trapped, and not knowing what to do, played the only hand he could. No one has yet proved me wrong. I am truly sorry for my necessary posts on the open forum, but I was left with no alternative but to expose him for all to see.
I can assure everyone, if either myself, or one of my teammates chooses to host the next round, there will be openness and fairness for all. That is how I like things. So, I encourage everyone to enter and play, and clear the forum of this bad air.
Thank you all for listening. I do sincerely apologize. I will continue to bump these threads over a short course of time, so everyone has a chance to be aware of this, and then I will let go.
I have met numerous people here in the past few weeks, all of which I have had a pleasure of getting to know in some small way. I hope that trend continues, as you are slowly becoming my musical family. And I am very protective of my family, as my teammates have discovered. For now, this is me, out. --ArcaneScreams
So let me get this straight, the guy who objected to the prizes and the guy who wants all of the prizes to himself are teamed up in a virtual coue, this forum needs an enema
You are welcome for the efforts of organizing this months challenge. If you would like to contact the developers directly I can not stop you, would even prefer it. My intentions were that participants receive a prize with who won the challenge pick first and so on. I made no such claim it was winner take all, friendly competition remember. Please be courteous of the other participants.
Back to reality. See ya.
Hey @WMWM I've been watching this whole thing from the sidelines and see how this could feel confusing from the inside with all of the high tempers etc. I feel there is a very simple solution to this. Since you have come up with the rules and became sort of a impartial organiser, why don't you oblige one of the winners (I'm sure all of them are keen to see the end of this) and put black on white all there is to be known about the results of the competition. I'm not quite sure what exactly makes you want to withhold that information or even to have the right to keep it secret.
So, simple solution. Announce all of the participants split by teams, let them choose what they want 'winners get first pick' etc. and what they prefer (like the idea of list of preference), give out the prizes and end all this comedy. It truly does look like a sandpit game with a lot of sand throwing seen from the sidelines.
Also I don't think this forum needs an aenema. I just think that Sebastian hasn't been doing much policing lately so things feel a bit lax at times, but I think since the average age in this forum is somewhere around 40 we should be able to act our age, no?
Not wanting to butt in arrogantly, just wanting to give an outside opinion. Peace.
Alright, I'm going to go ahead and agree with @ArcaneScreams that somethings up here. I've tried to be nothing but courteous with you @WMWM and have been met with accusations of being a hater and now of maliciously teaming up against you. If you'll notice, my suggestion is exactly what you propose, that the teams split the codes. If this is "for the community, by the community" as you once patronizingly reminded me, then the teams can take it from here without your assistance.
You are only making yourself appear more foolish. Truth is with me. I hide nothing. You refuse to answer simple questions. Do you get it yet?
Bump.
Yawn...I grow tired of this Jerry Springer episode. I think your right, you dont need me to work this out.
To Mr. Truth
I have reached out to the other team, they want no part of your drama.
Other forum members are now asking for the names of the other team. It is no longer just you and me. I want the names of those members. I want proof that you had nothing to do with that track. I want them to send me a copy of their mix, and I want each of them to describe what they did. In separate messages, so I can see if their story matches. They can do this in private if they wish. I want a public apology from you to all the forum members. I want the 11 codes owed to me and my teammates, to distribute freely among the participants. I will apologize openly if you prove me wrong.
@WMWM said:
I cannot believe this for one second. You said there were more participants than last time of which there were six. If that's true, there should be at least four other people on the mystery team. I find it really hard to believe none of them have seen these threads and have taken the chance to clear the air, yet they have seemingly talked to you privately in the meantime?
What the hell is going on here pal?
Thank you @CSWinn and @supadom
All of the bullying wont make me reveal what they wish not to be, they can speak for themselves.
There is no bullying here. There is only the search for truth. Let them speak.
I'm sorry, this just does not add up. So you're going to forfeit the winning teams prizes and give them to an anonymous group that refuses to identify themselves? Even when their fellow participants are pleading with them to do so? Do you yourself think that's right?
How is anonymity at this point even necessary? There is no expected right to privacy in a contest, the people who receive the prizes should be known to all who entered. Otherwise the judges or hosts could be sneaking away with everything.
I already own them dumbass.
Now step back and keep letting @ArcaneScream keep acting like he knows whats going on.
@CSWinn @supadom Good to hear voices of the community. Thanks! I hope we find a harmonic solution soon.
Seen us the codes owed to us, if you own them already.
What i can understand he is only asking for the list of the people in the other team, and i still dont get it why looks like nobody want to say the names (nicks) of those members.
Is really hard to know the names of people in a contest?
Thats my point of view im not againts anybody.
@AC I will refer you to @CSwinn post about not needing me and my subsequent post of agreement.
Go on wicha bad self.
Do not call anyone here names. Keep that pointed toward me.
Well it does seem odd that the other team won't say who they are?? There's something not quite right here..lol spooky
