In that case, Roland SH-09
I did but +1
They've both shown interest in it and have mentioned that Apple Silicon compatibility was a step in that direction. They're supposed to release Sumu and Aaltoverb 2 (with new UI framework and M1 Support) soon, so we'll have to see after that. All of this comes from some threads in their forum and newsletters, sorry if I misled anyone with the word "may".
M1
I would love it if someone could do a Technics WSA1...
CS-80 - because I always wanted one.
Roland SH5 - because I had one and sold it.
Yeah man, I read CS-80 is Boards of Canada secret weapon. I really love the sound of this synth, so thick and warm!
I’m very psyched for Sumu! He announced that way too early probably, and I’m jonesing to finally obtain a copy.
Not a vintage synth, but really want to see Synplant by Sonic Charge on iOS.
I can pretty much match every sound my 101 can make with Drambo.
It’s not.
Their stuff is pretty much all 101 and AN1x. 🙂
Arturia CS-80 and ARP-2600
I think mirack has a module that is a SH-101. Not 100% sure, but I think.
Even though we have KQ Dixie and it's multi-timbral mode there's something about the TX-816 that is 'me want this so bad'
(The 'vhs/tape-degradation' in the video makes them sounds so filled with nostalgia it's crazy).
@Samu Isn't it amazing how old digital gear has gone up in price recently? 10 years ago, a TX216 was under $200, TX816 under a grand, TX7 under $100. Even old rack samplers have gone up. But nostalgia makes it not-so-hard-to-imagine anymore. And music forums, Reverb, YouTube...
Still waiting for the Ensoniq Fizmo on any platform. Preferably with user sample and wavetable import.
Or something that can modulate a sample's loop window without the offset clicks. (Haven't tried it in Drambo yet).
None. We need new sounds.
For now the WaveTable IAP oscillator can do that but it works best with files with proper cycles...
...but you can load 'anything' into it for total mayhem
Thanks!
rs2000 showed that it's possible, but my brain hasn't gelled with Drambo's UI yet, but that's my problem.
😀
SH 101. Ideally, Tal bassline emulation
I don't know, but in related news Cherry Audio is coming out with some new 80s synth emulation very soon.
Maybe we could dRambo something up to get the sound, but I’m sure a clever dev could make a great iOS interfaced version of this:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trautonium
I’ll have to get a larger iPad…
Prophet 5
Doesn’t Arturia already have one of those for iOS?
It's only an emulation of the Prophet VS, and it's abandoned. RT Polysynth is a Jupiter 8 emulation. Zeeon may get into some Prophet territory.
I’m surprised Cherry Audio hasn’t jumped on the iOS bandwagon yet… I could see them releasing their plugins on iOS en force like AudioThings has.
1:1 ports - none. However I want something like Roland JD-800 (love the knobs & sliders) combined with Nave, a granular synth and a sampler.
Check this one out from @ZhouJing

Yup and Polysynth is iPad only AND not AU 😖
So for me, hoping for a universal version (and AU) of: Prophet 5, Jupiter 8, Roland D-50, and PPG Wave
