Demos and Templates have returned but not the "Folders".

    Hi @Gravitas,

Yes - it might be required to manually recreate previously created user folders unfortunately.
We are sorry about the inconvenience!

    Best,
    Lars

It’s not a problem here as I only had a couple of folders.
My main concern was for the tracks themselves as they are all there I’m cool.

    Thank you.

    Hi Samu,

Please tap the arrow in the zoom widget to change between horizontal and vertical zoom mode.
    Is this what you're after?

Nope, this is the one I'm after.

The little 'thing' hides the track name and it's NOT preset in any of the Tablet views, only in Phablet and Phone views.
It's very handy way to make the arrangement area as big as possible, yes, even on iPads.

No worries, I can always work around it...

    Cheers!

  • How do I pan the individual drum sounds in the built in kits? The hit hat is panned hard left and I can't change it with automation with pan or balance. The fader just pans everything.
    Is there something I'm missing?

Just stopping by to express thanks for the latest update and for the frequent updates to Cubasis. Been having a blast driving 4 separate midi channels with Ooda tonight using the flexible midi routing. All running smoothly on an ancient Air 2.

    Hi @ecamburn,

Thanks for the kind feedback, which is greatly appreciated by the team!
Enjoy being creative and stay well!

    Hi @Sirt,

The drum kits come with fixed levels and pan. I'd suggest to load several instances of MicroSonic and/or Classic Machines, to change the pan settings of individual drum kit instruments. Both instruments consume near to no CPU power...

  • @LFS any shot of getting midi assignable note repeat slots like you did with the chord pads? This would be really useful, thanks.

    Hi @somblebeats, Hi @CapnWillie,

    Hope you're well.

Unfortunately the zooming keyboard shortcuts still seem to be a bit broken with my UK layout keyboard. Pressing - >zooms out horizontally correctly, but pressing + does nothing. Pressing Shift and + zooms out horizontally. Pressing >alt and - zooms out vertically, but pressing alt and + does nothing. Pressing alt and shift and + zooms in vertically >though.

    @CapnWillie
Also happy to see steady updates. However, i can also confirm the same bug exists with default keyboard shortcut >for zooming. The Cubasis shortcut appears to be fixed.

Please note that our lead engineer gave the topic a check using a foreign language keyboard.

Please have a look at the following topic in our Cubasis forum, which includes a clip which shows the testing results of our lead engineer: https://forums.steinberg.net/t/zoom-shortcut-keyd-with-apple-bluetooth-keyboard-not-working/783287/3

It would be great to have your feedback, if using the same key combinations shown in the clip work the same for you.

    Thanks
    & stay safe,
    Lars

    Hi @ipadbeatmaking,

    Thanks for your message.
The request has been shared with the team.

Sorry Lars, I can’t see the clip as the site uses trackers and I’m not accepting them. However, I can confirm per the video I submitted at your request, that the issue persists. The default shortcut for zoom still does not work using Magic Keyboard.

The only tracker on the page is Google and you can always use a private window to get around it...

@Lars i see now and can confirm that shift + option + (+) will zoom in on default shortcut. Not sure why it must be so complicated but it does work 👍🏽

    Hi @CapnWillie,

Thanks for your updated message and confirmation!

    Glad to read,
    Lars
