Is AURIA Pro Abandonware?

  • If Rim replies I would love that even more . If it’s not abandoned I would love to use again. I thought it was better than CB3 until 3.5.

  • By the way, to my fellow Auria geeks: is it possible to save Auria projects on external storage? My iPad is getting long in the tooth but storage makes upgrading a bit tough. On the other hand the 9th gen iPad with 64 Gb is really really affordable, so external disk support would be a blessing…. (Sorry for hijacking the thread).

You can backup or copy to external storage, but you can't load or save from external storage from within Auria.

My source was accurate information . (So I confused a date or two)

    Point still is:
    It’s abandoned scamware
Or otherwise have rim say we fixed it

My “trust me bro” is more reliable than anyone else I’ve take their word for. He ended up being right

    Auria was good
    Move on

So, you are claiming that RIM is not the programmer and creator of Auria?

    Is that your claim?

@everspring is just another BS person that has one single agenda, making Rim Buentas & Auria Pro disadvantage BS…

Not from what I’ve seen outside this thread. Got a bug up their butt about Auria Pro (as many do) for sure, but I see no call for such general character assassination based on their posts about other topics.

  • Me every time I try using Auria Pro.

  • Last month this was discussed at length.

    • Auria was super buggy 2 years ago.
    • it as been back to a more stable place for over a year.
    • Many of us use Auria regularly with no problems
    • Those of us using Auria only for mixing and mastering seem to have less crash

It's one thing to have a problem with an app, but quite another to spread obvious and easily disproved lies and conspiracy theories.

People have a right to get mad at Auria if it crashes and they find it unusable. Fair enough.

But to make up some bullshit about the app changing ownership and the dev being a scammer? Sorry, but I think that's totally beyond the pale. If I was a mod that would be a bannable offence.
