When I think vintage telephone ☎️ effect, I think of ELOs Telephone Line. I wonder how you’d emulate that sound?

No, I meant his voice on the phone. Sounds the most accurate emulation to me versus the girl doing the Radiohead cover sounds too exaggerated

No. I’m traveling at the moment. Just skimmed that you made one. Will check it out later. To be clear, I’m not trying to emulate the sound. I was just noting to my ear the ELO’s version gets the right balance. Thx!

if you have an IR app like THAFKNAR, there are some IRs out there that do this. I don't have a URL handy but I recall that they were easy to find when needed them a few years back.

Thanks for digging this out. I’ve downloaded the speakers and telephones one, but can’t open the .sit file, even with the stuff it iOS app. Why can’t people just use zip! 😂

@FPC has just informed me there’s a bark filter preset called telephone. Still doesn’t sound as good as the Drambo one you made @rs2000 😉

There's a lot to fine tune in that patch and I haven't spent much time nailing down any specific telephone sound yet...
