There are a fair few consonants and vowels in that one sentence. Bit of Audiostretch, the right sampler app, there could be gold in 'em parrot-infested hills.
There’s always Blob Opera @drewhino 😊 A few mentions on the Interweb of it being midi controllable but never seen any real examples 🥲

There text to speech app?
lol this looks so funny and silly but actually sounds pretty dope. if only i could load these lil dudes into AUM hah
lol need to midi sync a parrot
Burns Audio Spectrum Synthesizer Bundle--which is free -- has really fun vocal synthesis, but maybe not the best choice for choir pads. Look for relevant demos for Mutable Instruments Plaits to see what it can do. For example:
You’d need to use both MIDI in + out to allow handshaking
…or you’ll get a parroty error
anyone experience with vox unit (guess no au?)

Ha! Yup porn sites are, unsurprisingly, full of female vocal sample material. Some really great stuff actually. Koala sampler makes grabbing audio from screen recordings a breeze.
Cabaret Voltaire did it in 1985:
I also love to use a formant synth. With a little effort you can get these to really 'sing' by changing note whilst morphing between oo's and ahh's etc. I use Talk Box on Cubasis but there's a few synths also with formant filters. Always sounds robotic but really cool.
Hmmmm personal preference etc but I hate Jussi with a passion. Maybe I haven't given it enough of a chance but I could only seem to get one (really annoying) sound out of the thing....
take a look at Micah's choir on pianobook!
All ya need is Arr1.wav and a sampler
where to find them?
I’m sorry I was being a little esoteric for kicks. Arr1.wav is a classic sample used all over the place in the 80s, a breathy female clip originally recorded for the Fairlight synthesizer. For the sampler, Decent sampler is free but nothing special; many here like Audiolayer.
Edit: dont wanna leave you hangin without the goods! For reference the file below is pitched at A2.
I thought that would be a pirate Arrrrrr
Gotta try throwing that into Animoog, Yellofier or Samplewiz later
Gracias!
Yeah first thing I did was jam with the evolved ARR1 in Animoog. Weird thing is, despite using the same file, normalized, my timbre always comes out different, and I’ve read the manual and everything and am doing everything correctly (recorded the basic triangle/sine/sq/saw from AuGen to perfect results, but it kinda turned me off from the custom Animoog timbres. Maybe i’ll try again. I want the 2022 Arr1 to be my schtick.
