Doesn't remotely have the feature list from the original post but in case some one opens this thread and is looking for 'fast sampler workflow' as in 'sample and play said sample on a keyboard as quickly as possible', Sir Sampleton is the business. Don't think there's anything faster. I Am Sampler is great and similarly SK1 speedy but no modern connectivity.
It will be difficult since you can use export without sample import in Launchpad so it seems more a gift than feature. It's a bit limited but powerfull at the same time...
Really well put. I need to think of many things as gifts rather than features, helps with the gratitude (and the ease of mind)...
Sorry, I don't understand what you're saying. Launchpad has sample import. If you create a project, you can import samples to the individual pads and change them at will. What I wish for (as a gift, not a requirement) is the ability once I've exported from Blocs to Launchpad, to be able to break that link so that I can edit the individual pads like a project that is built from scratch. Having to go back to Blocs every time just to change a single pad is cumbersome.
It's clear. Let me try again...
You purchase Blocs and it has sample recording, import, edit... and "Launchpad FREE version" export. It works this way (atm), not need for sample import but not full editing features neither. It's a gift for Blocs users and I see difficult they broke the link but maybe it could be broke for Launchpad app IAP users (I bought sample import before Blocs) as you point... but I think is hardcoded in the Blocs export (atm).
Meanwhile you can import to Launchpad with the IAP and have full editing but not fast workflow from Blocs.
As I understand it Blocs is for song composition and Launchpad for live performing. That's why Blocs hasn't a simple reverb...
Well since it wasn't an IAP seems fair to me saw it as gift more than feature...
