Anyone Know Why @Bleass Just Ignore Emails?
Are they inundated with so many sales they can’t keep up?
I own both iOS and MacOS versions of their software and have tried emailing them at least 4 different times and even tried their social media and just - nothing..
Comments
Do they speak English?
🤣
Lol, they certainly do speak English. I usually hear back from them though occasionally it takes a while. I wonder if your mails are going into their spam folder or something, for some reason?
I sent them an email a month or so ago about an issue I have (with more than 2-3 instances loaded in NS2 they often fail to load, or load with initial preset)... they got back to me 2-3 days later.
What do you need help with?
Maybe one of us can help 🙏🏻
Yesterday I bought samolewiz2 and really love it. This is my first purchase from BLEASS. I like ui, and buildin keyboard, simplicity. Yes I can do a lot in other samplera, BUT i really like differences which each offer to process the same sample. No, Im not bored with D and AL etc. , rather Im open to hear the same samples but mangled differently.
Could be. I use Protonmail. Maybe some systems don’t like it.
Good to know. Maybe Gavin has a point about my email going to spam.
Thanks bro. My question is sort of generalized because I sent general inquiries months ago they never responded to. Then again more recently as well as dm’ing them on Twitter.
I’m just confounded by the repeated (seeming) ignores. I did send a technical question most recently though that you can probably help with…
Is there supposed to be a sample-time limit when sampling into Samplewizz2 in real time? I get like maybe 5 seconds and then it stops. I’ve tried it as both an FX insert on a channel that has a source instrument as well as setting it to receive on a bus. Both in AUM.
I tried just now recoding into it loaded as an fx. I got 12 seconds roughly
Thanks Gavin. Yeah, I just timed mine and got 9-10 secs, so my initial estimate was off but I wouldnt mind finding those extra 2-3 seconds. Im using an 11” pro. Did you just record into the default patch it always opens with or is there a way to fully initialize that you know of (I couldn't find one for the life of me).
I just recorded into the default patch. Wonder why the recording length is different? Strange!
Yeah. :-|
Ok, I appreciate your help Gavin, thanks.
Were you using NS2 as well?
Perhaps it’s an NS2 issue…
Nice try - we were both using AUM, ahem 😂
@BirbHope @Gavinski I just tried the same - recording into SW2 loaded as an effect in AUM - and I’m not seeming to get any obvious limit on sample length (well, I’ve tried and got beyond 20 seconds but haven’t tried longer than that). What I do notice is that SW2 doesn’t scroll/update its recorded waveform display as recording continues beyond its initial confines so visually it can look like it’s stopped recording at that point - only when recording is manually stopped does this display get updated to show the whole recorded waveform. Did you guys say that recording was stopping automatically for you without you pressing the Stop/Record button again?
They ignore your emails because ignorance is a bleass.
I'm out.
😂
Lol. Speaking of which, what is the correct pronunciation of 'Bleass'?
😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣
I've been repeatedly told that it's "Bliss"
Brilliant! Thanks Robin2. Just tested in AUM and held for longer and it worked.![ ](https://forum.loopypro.com/resources/emoji/blush.png)
I just ASSumed it stopped when the scrolling stopped.
Another mystery solved.
Ha.![ ](https://forum.loopypro.com/resources/emoji/tongue.png)
Quebecois comedy
Lol @Montreal_Music
I’m not sure, but I do know that each developer has multiple ways to contact them, and typically have their preferences for various reasons. Some might never see an email but catch a tweet with in a day, or not see comments on their site but respond via YouTube relatively soon. I’d just try to politely reach out in several different ways… good luck.
OK excellent! Same mistake here, thnx Robin2!
I'm having the same trouble with Ableton support. I've been trying for weeks to get help with a graphics processing issue. No reply. I despair.
Oops, I don’t know why I thought NS2 was it use here 😆
We need AI.
Which can fix bugs ( ourselves )

Any chance you’re using protonmail?
