    I'm having the same trouble with Ableton support. I've been trying for weeks to get help with a graphics processing issue. No reply. I despair.

    Fwiw, almost all customer support organizations are understaffed. Persistent but friendly follow-up is often required.

    Are they inundated with so many sales they can’t keep up?
    I own both iOS and MacOS versions of their software and have tried emailing them at least 4 different times and even tried their social media and just - nothing..

    @bleassapp

    They ignore your emails because ignorance is a bleass.

    I'm out.

    Lol. Speaking of which, what is the correct pronunciation of 'Bleass'?

    It's pronounced "BLEESS" (rhymes with "peace"). This comes directly from a YouTube interview with the owners by Jakob Haq.

    The only time companies aren’t understaffed is when I submit my resume…then all openings seem to by mysteriously filled 🥺

    Haha. But seriously, there are millions of unfilled jobs in the US right now.

  • @BirbHope Proton(mail) user for 7 years + never had an issue like that. -not even with Proton+simplelogin setup-

    Customer service is for the most part passé

    And even when it was a thing, it was an illusion. Most issues never actually got addressed 🤔🕺
