Welcome the Bigwig/Logic/Ableton/Kontakt/Giorgio Sancristiforo hybrid app. The one AUv3 to rule them all!!*
*50 inch iPad screen recommended. Not financial advice. Not medical advice. No Number 1 chart hits guaranteed.
Haha, really?
A new electric with a brown noise generator and methane tracker that gives GAS and takes it away.
If you don’t like Giorgio’s apps, we can’t be friends any more Samu. But really someone has to teach him the correct way to say ‘sequencer’. Maybe I can swap him English lessons for an iOS port 🤔
Yay, probably some vintage hardware compressor mixing console wood grain paneling emulator thingy to add the missing warmth that I can't hear anyway.
I’ve had a lot of fun with his Onguku, or whatever it’s called, synth.
I'd love to have Compusynth 400 on on my iPad!
Seen this synth mentioned every now and then in various synthesis tutorials.
The LOL was mainly a reflection on the list of developers and you sneaked in a real gem in there...
(I never became friends with IVCS but Cumpusynth 400 looks way more organized and easier to grasp)
😂
Priced at a tenner more than you would be prepared to pay for it even if you could.
Line 6 Helix Native, I knew it!
Nah, I say Native Instruments...
They made their entrance a long time ago.
Wait. You didn't mention samplr?
Reaktor on my iPad would be a game changer but I don't think it's going to happen.
Yes, sad news but I’m using it less and less. Loopy pro not remembering sets for specific songs is the fun killer.
As not a dev I also agree lol. It’s one thing as a company to tease a product to build a little hype - as you did correctly - but these are just ugh-including lol
As a music producer...me too. It's a rubbish waste of time to speculate what "game changier" is coming to iOS without concrete evidence (video teasers, screenshots, sound demos, etc.)
Your teaser for Hilda has got me hyped! Most of us who've beta tested Buttersynth are hyped! Even BA-1 has my curiosity somewhat piqued. I'd rather focus on my music and have GAS for real upcoming products than be concerned about hearsay. The last time I fell for hearsay based on what someone said, it turned out to be a boring Roli integration with CB2. 🤣
Is it Gucci, Versace or maybe even Primark? Doesn’t say it’s a music app 😉
Agreed. There’s a difference between a well-respected dev like @brambos doing a well-made teaser for what will likely be one of the apps of the year and this cringe sh*t that keeps growing and growing. I mean yeah it’s a little exciting to speculate but like you said, without anything concrete, it’s just pissing in the wind.
People, seriously. Pro Tools on iOS is going to be amazing. You'll agree the hype was worth it, trust me.
Only interested if Pro Tools runs as AUv3 inside Logic
Cubasis, you better get your Nuendo ready
As a Pro Tools user of 23 years I’d pay good money for an iOS version. Would be killer for on the go edits. But…I guess I’d be back to taking work home with me, which is unhealthy.
If he was an Ai "thing" then it would be understandable. But as he is a real person this "Ali Bragger" should hide his face in shame.
Paul from 4Pockets gave a shout out to him in his highly acclaimed video "SlowMoFX" 2 years ago (how's that for research) but he (Ali) has blotted his copy book with this latest effort.
Oh, the pain, the pain.
The time we spend on speculating could be spent on making music with the toys we have. Unless the app zaps music theory, groove, rhythm and love in our brains, it's not going to be anything and as someone suggested, the lust will wear off in 24 hours, collect virtual dust and on to the next shiny new thing. #oldmanshakingfist
Is DubTurbo finally releasing their DAW to iOS?
Paul has done some great apps - slowmofx is definitely not one of them. It’s a glitch machine, but not in the right way. Disaster of an app in my opinion.
Lets recap: a random guy on internet write a clickbait statement, ok.
I wonder why we have to write 5 pages of comment about it
