    I'm having problems.
Everything works as expected in the standalone version but in the AUv3 version (used in AUM) I can't select any AUs, the menus for selecting AUs only contain miRack...
If I save a patch in the standalone version and open it in the AUv3 version the AUv3 module says "NOT FOUND" under the window for the AU.

    Anyone else seeing this?

Also, randomly when I open the AUv3 version it says that I haven't purchased the AUv3 modules and I have to do it again (although the App Store sees that I already have them and asks if I want to re-download them)

You can’t nest AUv3 hosts that way. AUv3 hosting in miRack (or Loopy Pro, or other apps that can be both stand-alone or AUv3) only works in the stand-alone version.

  • Yea you can’t host auv3s inside auv3s. Hosting only works in standalone. That’s an apple limitation.

Ah, ok...kinda forgot about that... :*

  • @mifki thank you for these great updates!

One question: on the computer (Mac), will the vst open AU’s inside mirack or does it have the same limitation as in iOS (no AU’s inside AU’S)?

    Thank you!

The VST doesn't open or recognize any AU's.
