This song did it for me, it was definitely one of the best I heard from you. It brings so many futuristic images to mind when I listen to it. I had a great experience. Thank you for sharing. 🤩

Thank you so much for that! I was pleasantly surprised at the response to this post. Apparently SynthScaper was loved by many in spite of it's complexities. When I hooked it up with Piano Motifs, this track practically wrote itself. Have a great day, my friend!

Nice track, @Paulieworld. Well done. I forgot about SynthScaper.

Those Korg 01W were built well. Mine survived getting dropped down an orchestra pit. The corner got cracked but it still played fine. What it didn’t survive was my financial downturn, had to sell it. Regret.

    Love your song posts.

Sorry to hear about your downturn. If it's any consolation, you're not alone. A lot of that going around these days. Prices keep going up, but my paycheck stays the same. I am approaching retirement age, but don't think I can afford it!

My 01W is currently high and dry in the garage. I often think about getting it out. A few of my former bandmates still live nearby and we have talked about "putting the band back together, man!". We actually tried that about a decade ago. It was like that episode of the Andy Griffith Show! Honestly, I don't think I could handle the hours and the travel at this point. I am usually in bed by 9:00 and I like it that way!

Thanks for listening and your compliment. I appreciate that! Have a good one.

  • Great track. I think it was all the better for perhaps being a bit simpler than normal and the sounds a bit more cohesive… that’s all from pseuds corner 😊
