That is cool! But I own most of those already. I can see where it can be very useful in the future though, maybe for updates? Such as bm2 and bm3, with the price discounted if you own the earlier one? Or maybe I'm just tired!
I like the way you think, but the idea is that you don't have to pay for an app you already own.
Something isn't right. I own all of the AUFX apps but it says for $4.02 I can complete my bundle. I can pay $4.02 for absolutely nothing in return. Yay!
So is the bundle pro-rated down if you already own apps in the bundle?

Hey guys. I would like to take advantage of these sales but I have a few Questions. As you know already I'm just starting out on the iPad. I have some experience using effects on DAWs like Logic and Reason on the Mac. I'm just a hobbyist but I wanted to know if these effects on the iPad act like VSTs and AUs on the Mac in the sense that they are plugins. If so what DAW's work well with them? Thanks.
No, but you can connect to them in audiobus or IAA. no true "plugins" yet. Even auria's are built into the app, you're just unlocking them.
Oh, and don't hesitate to buy every single one of those apps from both if those devs, they are excellent.

Hey everyone, sorry about the frustrating AppStore behavior with these app bundles. It looks like both me and Jonatan are experiencing similar problems, and it's definitely just glitches with the AppStore.
I wanted to get to the bottom of this as I was not happy with how this was rolled out today, not a smooth experience at all and is/was very confusing for users.
After spending almost an hour on the phone with Apple Developer support, the official word from Apple is that it must be glitches related to high volume on the AppStore today and I was simply unlucky. They have priority refreshed my bundle and apps on the AppStore and hopefully it should be sorted out within the next few hours. For anyone who purchased my bundle and/or the AUFX bundle, you will only be charged the difference if you already owned one or more of the apps, even if this didn't show up correct when you purchased it. If for any reason you do not get automatically refunded in the next 24-48 hours, contact iTunes customer support and they will make it right, I was guaranteed this. Sorry for any inconvenience, not the rollout I had hoped for but it was out of devs hands.
I recommend picking up both bundles for the best effects on iOS.
If you're still experiencing problems with either bundle, I recommend waiting a little while and trying again until it shows up correctly. I would hope it's all sorted by tomorrow.
Hey Mr. Holderness Man. I apologize for insulting your Caramel app. I just had a bad reaction to the distorted drum sound. I have synesthesia that causes some over the top reactions to some sounds, and that just happened to be a sound that bothered me. I already have all your apps and more importantly I actually use them. Crystal and Stereo most often.

I've got a "Sonosaurus Jams" bundle awaiting approval right now... will post again when it goes live, $10 for both ThumbJam and DrumJam (to start). Should be quite a bargain if you already have one to "complete" it, assuming they use the regular price to pro-rate it. But that is still a mystery to all!

UPDATE on the bundle pricing fiasco.
It seems this is affecting many bundles across the AppStore. It was brought to my attention that even some of the bundles on Apple's new "Featured Bundles" section in the AppStore are displaying the same problem where they don't give you the option to "Complete My Bundle" even though you own one or more of the apps.
For example, the Algoriddim "DJ + Visuals" bundle is behaving exactly like mine, displaying the full bundle price of $12.99 with no "Complete My Bundle" option even though I already own Vjay.
It seems there's not much developers can do for now as it's up to Apple to fix, hopefully it will begin showing up correctly by tomorrow, but at least I do know that if you buy a bundle and it shows full price and even charges you full price, Apple will correct it either automatically or by contacting iTunes support and explaining the situation.
I am not even getting any options, just a blank screen on the page from this thread.

My advice is that you read the Holderness app descriptions, check out some YouTube videos, and decide if they're something you'd use beyond the first day of buying them. I own them all, and I use one of them (Stereo Designer) almost daily. The others I use more occasionally.

So it looks like Apple has fixed the "Complete My Bundle" bug that was affecting so many app bundles yesterday. If it isn't showing up correctly for you yet, just wait a little while and try back again, or you can try logging out of iTunes account and logging back in, which seems to work for some people.

Still seems to be something funky going on with the bundle purchasing.
It wants $4.69 to complete my AUFX bundle (I have 2 out of the 3, only missing AUFX:Space) which is $0.70 more than just purchasing AUFX:Space.
